I feel as if this post has been a long time coming but here it is. I realize this is a long explanation so in quick summary, this is by far the best therapy facility Ive ever been to. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome by the receptionists to the moment you leave. Every one of the therapists is knowledgable and caring and they all clearly work together in assuring the absolute best care possible. Not to mention that the assistants are extremely well trained and super fun! I actually enjoyed hanging out with them for a few hours a week and my course of treatment seemed to go by so quickly. If you want more detail, here it is. You would have to be nuts to go anywhere else for your physical therapy treatment. I had* really weak ankles and constantly was severely spraining them, so Ive had a lot of physical therapy experience. I have to say, the team at elite was by far my favorite. I had one round when I sprained my ankle and then another after my doctor decided that, as a preventative measure, we would do surgery. In between the rounds of therapy, I moved about 45 minutes away. I initially considered seeing another therapist but in the end decided that it was worth making that drive twice a week in order to insure that I received the best care possible. The receptionists were so understanding and great about helping me to understand and verify my insurance and to help me to navigate my busy schedule. They are rock stars!!! I predominately saw Megan on the first round. SHE IS WONDERFUL!!! Not only did she listen to me and genuinely care about helping me to solve my problems, but she also didnt overwhelm me with exercises or make me super sore. I really looked forward to my appointments. On my second round I saw several therapists due to my crazy schedule. I have to say, they were all onboard with the same plan of care and I felt like I never missed a step. Ive had instances where I worked with just two therapists before and found myself very confused about where I was at and what treatment I should be following. They were so receptive to my desire to push through and get back on my feet ASAP. All in all, from the first point of contact to the last, this is the place that I would take any of my family members for care and I HIGHLY recommend this company. Progress report, my ankles are strong and kicking, Im even able to run again for the first time in 5 years!

Trying to avoid surgery? Need physical therapy after surgery? Without ANY hesitation, I recommend Elite Physical Therapy at Aspen Grove at the Cool Springs location. I really didn’t have high hopes of escaping shoulder surgery but after a few visits with my very special and very cool Elite team and a lot of hard work, my doctor says I DON’T need surgery! Music to my ears!!! I can’t say enough good things about each and every worker there…...from check in to check out. Each and every person there is attentive to my concerns and explains to me in detail the treatment and the exercises that I should be doing and why. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, trustworthy, supportive, and encouraging. I am so impressed! One more thing that is VERY IMPRESSIVE and VERY RARE these days….each person calls you by name without fail….after they’ve met you only once – a true sign that they really DO care about each person. You most definitely don’t feel like a number like at some rehab places I have tried in the past. I NEVER thought I’d say this but I actually look forward to going to my sessions! I could go on and on but you need to go see for yourself. Make the call now and start your road to recovery.

I cannot recommend this facility enough. They know your name the second you walk through the door and truly care about your progress. I was really discouraged first walking in there, 3 days post ACL surgery, but this staff showed me that you can get better with a great attitude and hard work. I cant thank them enough for all of their encouragement and kindness these past two months.
