I called the day prior to my appointment and was greeted by a charming, helpful Kristy, who went out of her way to contact my prospective employer about this physical. She gave me an email so I could forward all my docs ahead of time. I drove in excess of an hour to this location and was met with friendly faces and voices. My nurses and doc were amazing and took care in doing a thorough exam. My wait times were so insignificant-I spent a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes inside this facility. Very professional!

I was there for 4 hours waiting for DOT physical and paperwork, for Dr. Scott Martin to speak to me rudely. First, he never apologized for having me wait 1 1/2 hours for paperwork, second the form that I needed sign he went back and forth with me about the payment. I explained that I was willing to pay to have it signed, but he still has the form at the clinic.

DR.MARTIN is very rude i DO NOT recommend this location the staff is very nice with you but once you go back to see the doctor its nothing nice!
