5/4/2016 The beginning of last week I started calling Old Hickory Psychiatric to make an appointment.I had left multiple messages and not one return call from anyone at the office.I had even explained I was going to be a new patient if they were excepting new patients. I finally found the phone number to call for new patients and the man that answered was nice and took down my information and then connected me to the same number I had been calling and leaving messages and getting no return calls so again after being transferred to the same number,I still didnt get no answer and I left a message explaining I was connected to their office after calling the new patient line to make my appointment and still no return call.I see that if I become a patient there then this is what I will have to deal with but nope,thats not happening. I Will gladly find a doctor elsewhere at a totally different place that is not affiliated with Old Hickory Psychiatric. Im glad I found out how they work before I became a patient. Im nipping it in the bud!

An hour and a half wait every single Time Im here! !!! Absolutely no consideration. Time to find another doctor who respects their patients!
