My husband went for abdominal pain and they sent him home with antibiotics. A week later his employer made him go home. He tried to go to Concentra and thank God they were closed. He then went to the Get Well clinic who insisted he go to the ER. The ER ran a CT and before he got back to his room in the ER there was an orderly waiting with a gurney. Turns out his appendix had ruptured or been very close to it when he went Concentra. We were told had he waited another hour he likely wouldnt have survived it. Bottom line. CONCENTRA NEARLY KILLED HIM by not having the expertise to properly diagnose or the integrity to say his case was beyond their skillset.

I have just had the most wonderful encounter with Dr Thomas!. He was kind, knowledgeable, and so compassionate. He gave me advice, and even though he was not able to personally take care of my condition, he refunded my copay and gave me exactly the guidance I needed. If I ever needed a general practitioner, I would immediately go to him. He inspired my trust with just one interaction. (And I trust very few, and thus only go to the Dr when necessary). His staff also gave the highest caliber of care! You could not be in better hands. Lk Williams

I just went to the emergency clinic because my doctors office is closed. The secretay asked what Im in for and I said Id rather not say it out loud and she brought the doctor out. He then asked if i was coming in for any female issues, and I said yes, and the doctor said I am not dealing with any female issues today. Now, I am at the ER.

I recently had my DOT physical done here and Dr. Shandong Dorse was the absolute best. She even gave me great advice on how to eat right and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She is the best. I had been to three other clinics that day and they couldnt offer me a DOT physical but Concentra was extremely busy but still helped me. Thank you

I go to Dr. Thomas for just about everything he is an amazing & smart man. He answers all your questions and makes sure you understand eveeything. The front desk people are amazing and super sweet. And the physical therapy office is amazing and they take great care of you.

Worse place to go I was sitting in the waiting room for 2 hrs. Now finally in a room and Ive been sitting in here for a hour. Slow slow slow place and all the nurses and doctors do is sit there and chat and laugh it up.

Dr. Thomas and the staff have always been friendly and prompt. They inform you if there is a waiting time. Dr. Thomas never leaves the room unless you completely understand the diagnosis and treatment
