After speaking to their office, they suggested doing the online registration and scheduling. I set up for a 9am appointment. I arrived at 8:45 just in case I needed to fill out more papers. Luckily there was nothing else to complete. 9:00 am rolled by. Around 9:50 it was my turn. I wasin the lobby with just me and another couple who ended up seeing another provider. So that means my 9:00 appointment was delayed because the provider spent 50 EXTRA minutes with the patient before me, or he was late to work, or just generally slow. Now, the tech came in, took a very basic set of vitals. The provider arrived and spent 5 minutes with me, acted like he was in a hurry (my sinus issues must have been low priority that day)... Its not like there was a waiting room filled with people. Then the kicker, outside of my $20 co-pay, I received a bill for $120. They billed my insurance $120!! After doing some research on medical coding, it looks as though they use one code that bills a higher rate, rather than one step down which matches the services I actually received. Its a difference in almost 50%. Just know, if you go here and your insurance deductible is not met, this is billed like an emergency room visit!

Was seen by a very sarcastic, condescending NP. Talked to my husband and I like we were idiots... Even though we both have doctorate level educations and my background is actually clinical. The MA had very poor technique taking vitals and preforming diagnostic tests. I have very little faith in the diagnosis I received. If it hadnt been our only option after hours we would have gone to our PCP. We are used to having our concerned listened to and respected by providers who know us well and know we are rarely sick. Still extremely sick with a fever and will likely be calling our trusted and more knowledgable PCP first thing tomorrow to have tests redone. A waste of time and money. Will never return... Ever. The only polite and nice thing to say was the lady at the front desk was helpful and worked fast to get us back quickly.

Every visit was met with kindness and patience from the front desk, to the nurses, to the Dr. 10/7/16 - Update. ..previous review was from August. They are no longer fast, efficient, or helpful. Unfortunately we lost our daughters insurance card but as we were just there 2 months prior we thought it would be ok as the info hasnt changed. I was told our card on file was too small to see, so I offered to call BCBS and was told that would not work, that they needed a picture of it. I then offered to just pay out of pocket and was told I couldnt!! So frustrating as I was there bc my daughter had strep and it was after hours. They were obviously bought out by someone who has taken away the best alternative to our primary care Dr. Should the need arise in the future we will go elsewhere.

Its Sunday evening, and I got a sudden very painful UTI. Being the only place open, I go in. They first try to charge me a $50 copay (I have a BCBS plan with no copay but a higher deductible. I know what I have, I work in insurance). I decline and explain. Then she says well itll be $165 up front then. Uh what?? I havent even been seen yet how can you determine price of care? She gives me some nonsense about their contractual rate and all services being the same price. Again, I work in insurance.. nope. I walked out and will just suffer through it until tomorrow. If this woman was correct, their billing practices are FRAUD. A broken arm and a UTI are not the same price. Beware!

Never go back. Was treated for eye irritation, drops ran out before end of dosage. Called and told them I wasnt good at putting the drops in and half of them probably didnt go in my eye. Was told I had to come in. Not wanting to pay for another visit, asked if I could get a refill. She said doctor would call me back. 2 hours later with no return call I called back. Tammy put me on hold and after 10 minutes I called again from another phone and Tammy said I hung up. Still had the other phone in my hand with hold recording still on! Tammy lied and I didnt care for her demeanor. If these are the type of people they employ in the health care business no thankyou.

The male doctor was wonderful, and helpful. The lady at the front desk was nice. However, I was contacted the next couple days, and talked with a lady. I was told my culture came back negative for a UTI. I informed her I was put on antibiotics. She said I no longer had to take them. I explained to her that I was still having the symptoms of a UTI, and I received no explanation of what could be the cause, and to just go to my primary care doctor and maybe a urologist. Well, I did not quit taking the antibiotics, I continued to take them and my symptoms went away!

I was totally impressed with the care I received from CareSpot. With a background as a healthcare professional Im probably a stricter reviewer than most. From the lady at the front desk the the Nurse Practitioner that examined me EVERYONE with personable, professional, and very thorough. I would certainly take any loved one to the CareSpot, and thats saying a lot.

Our experience at this location was terrible. We approached the front desk upon arrival and were immediately told it was a two hour wait and we should go somewhere else. Why would you approach a customer in this manner? How about asking the customer why they need to see the doctor and then professionally explain the wait times. What happened to customer service?

I have never went to a walk-in clinic before. Was happy to see an actual doctor. She knew what was wrong with me and gave me the right meds to fix me right up. Super happy with this place. My husband was impressed to. It was so clean and the girl up front was nice. The nurse gave me a shot that I hardly felt. Awesome place!!!!!

We have had a wonderful experience every time we go to CareSpot. They are wonderful with children. So sweet and caring. Our 8 yr old went in complaining about his foot hurting. Dr. Cowden thought he fractured his foot and she was correct! So thankful that CareSpot is so close and always there when we need them!

Friendly employees, efficient check-in and a nominal wait the day I was there. The waiting room is clean and comfortable too. Such a difference from my general physicians office which is over-crowded, out-dated and understaffed. I will choose to go to CareSpot from now on. Thanks for your follow-up text too.

Great place to go to. Very helpful at front desk with my Insurance. My Doctor was great. Not feeling well herself and I know it hurt her to speak, but yet she took all the time in the world with me to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable with her instructions. Highly recommend this CareNow!

Professional staff, clean facility, web pre-check in, get called back so you dont have to wait a long time. I received medication that actually helped me, thanks to a great NP, who knew what to do. I definitely will use this facility again when unable to see my general practitioner.
