Terrible is an understatement. Took my mother in law for a "work clearance" that her job requested. Shes been seeing her PCP and neurologist whom gave her 30 days off work due extreme back leg pain and random loss of vision. She recently had an abnormal MRIs, waiting for further treatment from PCP, the physician who treated her at CONCENTRA stated Everything was fine and that the PCP Drs were lying to her and that she did not need to go see her orthopedics or the surgeons and that she needs to go back to work. He was rude and careless about the whole situation as if she was there making all this up to get away from going to work after having two Drs excuses to not work until they find out exactly why she cant stand/walk after 45 min of being up. Not going back, EVER, dont recommend it.

Absolutely deplorable. Visit started fine with a pleasant receptionist to check me in, and quickly went down hill. Staff didnt introduce themselves, then scoffed at me when I asked her to sanitize her hands prior to touching me. She instead donned gloves, wiped my arm with alcohol, then fanned it to reintroduce all kinds of germs and bacteria to where she was about to poke me. Then, without reasoning another employee entered the room and assumed care, again without introducing herself. She also neglected to sanitize her hands and just put on gloves. Finally I completed a urinalysis, which was never turned into my company because the center mislabeled the specimen, causing me to have to return another day. Do everything you can to avoid this place.

My visit went okay. I came down to take my DOT physical which was the easy part. My physical got thrown away while I was in Wisconsin and have called several times to get a copy sent to me. Each time they say their fax machine is down and they must email me. I havent received either emails and I cant go work unless I have my physical to get my license. Now they are holding up my work which means I dont get paid and cant take care of my family. 2 kids dont stop needing food, diapers, healthcare, etc. I WILL NOT go back here again.

The wait time was ridiculous. It took over an hour to get to a room. Then another hour to get the doctor into my room. There is nothing urgent about this urgent care. Then after trying to get a simple refill on eye drops they refused and said I needed another appointment, for eye drops. This is the worst medical facility Ive ever dealt with and that is saying something considering my wifes troubles a few years back.

So to make it easy I will run down my reasons for not referring this facility to my worst enemy. 1. Waited 3hrs 2. Dr Gave me script w/no quantity. Pharmacy called for three days never was able to get quantity 3. Dr was not at all competent PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST They started out doing occupational medicine and drug testing get back in your lane. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Ok I am done.

Went there for comp injury and was treated well at front desk. Doctor was a bit rude making you feel like your screwing workmans comp, but I am retired and only work 8 hours a week so Im not there to make a settlement. Physical therapy people were excellent and would go there for treatment in a heartbeat. Can be very busy place so wait times can really vary!

I have recently had to go to this Concentra location for pre-employment requirements for my job- drug testing and TB tests (a total of 4 visits, as my job requires 2 TB screens). On every visit, I was seen in a timely manner and the staff were very friendly and efficient. My employer also had no trouble getting test results from them.

It took 2 and a half hours to be called back. I then waited another 15min to see the doctor for less than 5min. He told me to follow up with my family doctor. Also implied I was there for other reasons. Horrible place to go if youre actually injured. The place is a total joke.

The worst Service ever....Im here now and still sitting here. I came in before 5 other people and they all went before me and at this very moment Im still waiting....the service sucks....but hey Im black so didnt expect anything less.

Was lied to by a physician assistant that I had to by law a sleep study. she never asked me any questions about my health just walked in a handed me papers and said it was DOT required and it is not do not go here for Med card.

Wow, nothing urgent about this "urgent care." Just needed a pre-employment drug test, sat in a full waiting room for ever with very little movement in back except the employees big mouths.
