Ive been to this office and their new one on 56th street. Ive always had good experiences with both offices. Staff has always been polite and friendly. The only thing Ive been annoyed with is the interns. I know that theyre still learning. So Im not mad I just think they need a little more practice with some things. Taking vital signs and giving shots to children are two examples. I take both my kids there and theyre great with them. I also went through both pregnancies there and they were awesome. If they werent able to do something there they would refer me to someone that could. Like tubal ligations and more in depth sonograms. Ive never had an issue trying to get appointments or them calling me for whatever reason. Theyve also had no problem getting a hold of me for any reason. Like rescheduling an appointment or giving me a referral. I would recommend them to others.

This has been the worst medical experience Ive ever had. This place is so unorganized and unprofessional. I get scheduled an appointment and when I get there, they didnt even have it in the system so they rescheduled me for an hour later and when I come back, the doctor I was scheduled to see, Lindsey Furry, refused to see me because "she didnt want to do the procedure today" without any explanation to why. I think it was incredibly unprofessional and this place needs to be checked out. It took them almost a month to get my baby girl her shot records and ready to give her the immunizations. Just not right. I wouldnt suggest anyone to be seen here.

Not your momma ok

Had a appt went in they claim they tried to call me to reschedule my appt which I received no calls so they refused to see me even tho I had a set appt... Very rudeand unprofessional if u ask me.... I only choose this office cause I thought they would be better then where I went before well I wish I wouldnt have they r the WORST and when they do see u you get rushed and they do nothing for you

Seems to only be concerned with payments. Always refusing to see you but i have been paying the collection agency they sent me to. be needing my blood pressure medicine, but cant get it because i owe a bill so do i just die.

Thwy have friendly staff but their time that it take to see a patient is ridiculous i sat in their back room for almost a hour and a half waiting for my child to see a doctor and they wasnt even busy......

This was my worst experience w any Dr. Staff is rude and doesnt follow up. It took 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to get lab results. Would not recommend this office st all

Making an appointment or getting through to anyone on the phone are both impossible here. Look elsewhere if you have the choice.
