Love it!!! This is the BEST, and I mran the BEST company I have ever worked for in my life! Evolent/Passport, are kind to their Employess PHP treats you as though youre family.They Actually care about everyone..this call center allows you to treat the caller with respect, meaning they do NOT try to make you rush the caller off of the phone, PHP ALLOWS an employee to do their job, they do not micro-manage Everyone knows what is expected of them and as long as thats done there are no problems..All of the Managers are Great, as well as the supervisors, they whole heartedly assist witg phone calls with a cery positive. attitude. I wish I would have applied to this job when I was younger..lol I am 45 and this company gave me chance, so in return I give them 1000%+. Thank you PHP I am very happy that youve allowed me to be a part of this GREAT family!

There the best they cover my medicine and are very helpful, anytime I call for assistance they always get it done fast and with care, the only thing I dont like is they wont cover eliquis which is a blood thinner that I need and Im 21 years old and have bad side effects to the few they will cover, and I still have that blood clot which is dangerous!!!!

Very rude and snobby, I dont know if the rest of the people that works for this company is the same but my experience with Mr. Hamilton was not so great. Would not just from my experience, recommend getting health insurance from this company.
