Ive attempted to use this operation twice. In both cases, I sat a very long time and never saw a doctor. yesterday, I was there from 3:10 to 4:40PM. It wasnt crowded -- only a sprinkling of patients, and seemd pretty relaxed. Asked if there was an emergency, the nurses said "no." The nurses are pretty friendly and nice. The doctors apparently are incompetent to manage their schedules or they have no respect for their patients time. Either way, it was completely unacceptable and disappointing.

Rudest most God awful front desk staff you will ever meet. They seem to think they are somehow above the "customers", but fail to realize we provide their income. The majority of them have a 6 month coding education, yet behave as though they own Harvard masters degrees. The doctors and nurses on the other hand are all kind, considerate folks who really work hard for their patients. UT MARTIN NEEDS A FRONT OFFICE OVERHAUL. FIRE THEM ALL!!!

I have been here 3 times this time I have been in the waiting room since 933am and it is 1145am this is ridiculous I have had a miscarriage that started February 12 and my second time here in saw Dr freshwater and she said ur body will pass it and released me well no now Im back to see Dr baker but I would not recommend coming here unless you want a long wait

Mary at the front desk is rude! Im a transfer patient and have NEVER felt more uncomfortable at a doctors office. Im 9 months pregnant and they treat you like youre some burden they are ready to get rid of. The doctors themselves are very nice but the overall experience was terrible.

They get the job done EVENTAULLY, but anytime I come here it takes over 2 hours for a simple visit. I always have to tell 3-4 what Im here for before seeing an actual doctor. Due to this I dred coming here who wants to sit in a doctors office all day long for no reason?

I found every person to be friendly, caring, and professional. Dr. Lawrence is absolutely phenomenal and couldnt recommend her more highly. I thought I had had good physicians in the past, but she is a cut above. Thus, my total experience was completely positive.

Dr Freshwater was cool . This is my 2nd time here. Showed up for our 1:30 appt at 1:15. Its 3 and still no Dr..so theyre 0 for 2 in wait time. Front desk is pretty rude in fact too. Nurses are cool. I hope we dont have to come back though. Im so hungry

If I could Id give it a zero. Terrible people at the front desk. Id never recommend that a female go here for any reason. I recommend going to Jackson regional womens center. Made me not go back to another doctor until I was terminally ill.
