If I could rate it zero stars I would, my mom has been going here for a few years now and shes always had issues with getting prescriptions from the docters, there are very unprofessional and most the time just want to get your money for your visit and not get you medicine, One time I came in with almost strep throat and they told me that I should go home and eat Popsicles and that it will help me, most of the times that I went here I didnt even have a real doctor I would have doctors that are in training and have absolutely no clue what theyre doing. going here for the first couple times as an 18 year old w/o my mom they made it extremely difficult for me and kept asking me for the same paperwork over and over again. As a young adult going to the doctors office right away I could tell when I go here theyre always trying to scam me since Im young. And when I had a Sinus infection the doctor tried prescribing me this honey dietary supplement cough syrup, it was $18 and a Didnt do anything for my cough, then coming back another time she tried to sell it to me again and I asked her if it was the honey one because that one didnt work with me last time and she said "no"so I get to the front desk and I asked the lady and she says that the only one they have, so basically I was scammed into buying their $18 cough syrup that doesnt work. Last they are horrible with sending medications for pick up usually at other places when you send in a medication by the time you get to the place to pick up the medicine is ready but they always send it in really late or dont send it at all and have me waiting 30 minutes at Jewel to pick up my medicine. Also the fat lady at the front desk is really rude

Personal, friendly, and caring. These are all part of the experience at Rogers Medical. Whether I have gone in for a visit, or phoned for a prescription, I am treated in a friendly and caring manner by everyone at the office. I am happy to say that I have been a patient for 8 years now, based on the recommendation of my wife, who has been a patient of Dr Rogers for almost 10 years. If youre looking for a doctor who believes in the personal touch and your well-being, Dr Rogers should be your first choice.

My wife went for some test during her pregnancy, we were fully covered by the insurance and one year passed by I get a letter from a debt collection agency stating I owe them some money, I have never received any kind of notice or intimation before this letter, and that amount is not much and I make sure I pay off my dues and balance before anything. And now we are being contacted by this collection agency for no fault of ours. Stay away from this place.

I have never been more dissappointed in my health care than I have since visiting this office. Leaving messages for the billing office is a complete waste of time as well as the rest of the practice. The medical assistants in this office are not knowledgable or friendly and you play phone tag for your every need when dealing with them. I will definitely be taking my business to a more professional practice.

Weve been trying to refill my wifes medication for a week now. Every time we call, we are told that it cannot be refilled without doctors approval, so we call the doctors office and nothing happens. Weve had the pharmacy contact the doctors office directly, and even had the request faxed over. Short story, if your life and well being depend on medical care, go somewhere else.

Great clinic. Medical care second to none . Dr. Rogers and staff are courteous, friendly and professional. Dr. Rogers has been my doctor for 10 years. My whole family goes to Dr. Rogers for our annual check ups, major medical issues to simple colds. She always takes extra care of my needs in a caring way.
