The dental assistants were good. They made me feel comfortable but the atmosphere was kind of laxadaisical. The doctor did a great job on my extractions. I didnt feel much discomfort at all. I didnt like the fact that he kept making drug addict references. Some people just cant afford high priced services and need these alternatives. Not everyone who comes there no matter what the look like at that moment are drug addicted people. Other than that my experience wasnt bad but this particular doctor can use a better bed side manner and a lot less arrogance and smugness.

went there to get a tooth pulled. the wait wasnt so long as i expected to be. there were inexperienced nurses working there. she looked into my mouth like i was a test dummy or something. when the doctor arrived, he was very unprofessional. he made inappropriate jokes with me that made me feel REALLY uncomfortable. He only prescribe me 6 lore-tabs which wasnt enough for my toothache. When i asked for more he asked me was i going to sell them which made me very angry. I do not suggest anyone to go to the clinic on Broad st.

Unprofessional rude uneducated .... Each location has different info website. Inaccurate. Community. Based service that serves there employees more than the public. Tn dept of health and compliance should check there records
