Recently my wife, Evelyn broke her eye glass frame and we were getting ready to leave for a family reunion in East Tn. She was very nervous, not having a good spare. So I took her over to see our friends at River Valley Eye Clinic in Waverly. Our wonderful Dr. Tonya Reynoldsen was not in at the time but her great staff went to work immediately trying to find a frame that her lens would fit in. I would have probably given up but they did not give up and found her a beautiful frame that worked. Needless to say, our friends at River Valley Eye Clinic came through for us again and Evelyn was so relieved! Thank you folks so very much for caring and being so helpful and professional! We would not go anywhere else! God Bless!!!

Dr. Reynoldson by nature is warm and caring, and her sunny attitude permeates the place. My wife and I can feel it as soon as we enter the clinic. Furthermore, she constantly tries to improve the care she provides her patients by vigilant study of technological advances. She attends seminars to keep abreast of new developments to better meet the optical needs of her clients. My wife and I have been her patient since she established her clinic and have been witness to the enthusiasm she exhibits for her profession. Moreover, the staff is friendly and helpful. In fact it is a family affair, and they make you feel like a member of the family.

Dr. Reynoldson and the entire staff are extremely dedicated to providing the very best care for their clients. I have only been a patient of Dr. Reynoldson for a couple of years, and she went the extra mile to see that I got a Rx that worked for me when the high tech equipment wasnt able to detect the unusual vision disorder I had. She had to go "Old School" to find my problem, and I sure do appreciate it!! The staff at River Valley Eye Clinic were very friendly and helpful when I broke my glasses recently, adjusting them numerous times until I could get in for an appointment. They did not rush me or try to convince me to purchase any particular frames or even to go to a different lens. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, caring experience.
