I had never been to a chiropractor before but decided before I went the medical route I would give it a try. My lower back and hips were in awful pain. Sitting or standing for long periods of time were excruciatingly painful. After my first visit I felt so much better. It was so nice to be able to stand from a sitting position and not feel pain. So much pain that I would have to slowly stand up and spend then next 10-15 steps trying to walk up right rather than stooped over. The staff is GREAT! They know my name when I walk in the door. They let me decide what therapy, if any I want to do that visit. Of course, to me the heating pad they use during the therapy is AWESOME!! Dr. Williams is AMAZING! He has a great table side(?) manner. He is so nice and friendly. He genuinely cares about how he treats you and wants to make sure that when you leave you feel better than you did when you came in the door. If you are thinking about chiropractics as a possible solution Amarillo Pain & Accident is the place to go!

If you are reading this and are a little skeptical of chiropractic care I totally understand as I was too. I too had friends who told me of their horror stories of being guilted into long term contracts for their "health" and such absurdity. So when I ran into Dr Williams (Jeff) at a networking event and we got to talking about my migraines I really appreciated his honesty. He made no promises when he said "I cant guarantee we can cure them but I have had a lot of success with clients with headaches. Why dont you stop by and lets see what we can do". Within my first few visits the headaches were gone! I continue to see Dr Williams for all my maintenance needs and have never once felt any pressure to enter into any kind of agreement past my next appointment. If you are considering chiropractic care in the Texas Panhandle I highly recommend Dr Williams and his staff at APACC!

I have been utilizing Chiropractic care for over 10 years, and Dr. Jeff and his staff are by far the friendliest, most accommodating people I have ever been treated by. The professionalism shows from the moment you walk through the door. Its more than a Chiropractic facility, they make you feel comfortable. I love the physiotherapies they offer (electro stim, orthion bed, etc.) Easy appointments! A lot of times I call very last minute and they ALWAYS find room for me! I am far from being the easiest patient to work with...(i.e. constantly rescheduling), and they never make me feel bad about it. They always accommodate. If I could give them more stars I WOULD!

Dr. Williams does an amazing job and his staff is awesome! I started going to Dr. Williams a little over a month ago. It was my first time going to a chiropractor so I was a little skeptical of chiropractic treatment in the beginning and hesitant to give it a try. I can honestly say, I have no idea how I lived so long without chiropractic treatment as a part of my regular health and wellness regimen. He is very thorough in examination and effective, but not aggressive, on his adjustments--making it easier for patients to relax. I have been back multiple times and my pain is totally at ease. Highly recommended!

I have been seeing Dr. Jeff Willliams for many years now. He has taken excellent care of me through injuries and just regular every day treatments. He is extremely gentle & kind and listens very well. I have alway praised him to others about how he does not push extra things on you for the sake of selling something. He truly recommends what is needed. I always feel better after treatment. His office staff is so great to work with your schedule and take care of financial needs. All of the staff are very caring and pleasant. You cant find better chiropractic treatment than here. I love them!

We are so blessed to have Dr. Williams at APACC for a chiropractor. Dr. Williams and his staff are always so caring and gentle and very professional. My husband is a contractor, he does not have time to be "off" the job. The spinal decompression they do at APACC is different than weve seen. It seems to do the trick on my husbands bad back. Weve used chiropractic care for over 15 years and have changed to APACC almost two years ago. By far, the best chiropractic care weve received. The staff are determined to get us patients in as quick as possible. Many times, I would walk in the office (they remembered my name right away and made me feel welcomed) and would take me directly to the therapy room. I enjoyed Dr. Jeffs humor. Always upbeat. have been having knee pain for five months, had trouble just putting on my shoes, after X-rays, doctors visits and lots of pain I went to see Dr. Williams. First week of adjustments and cold laser 80 percent better and now three weeks later all but pain free. Such a pleasure to go to Dr. Williams office the staff is great and they have helped me so much and and I can get a massage as well. Win!! Win!!
