I have used the services of a chiropractor for over 20 years and my partner & I love The Joint. The staff and the Docs are all amazing. We get adjusted every week and what a difference it has made in our overall health and mobility. You get a BIG bag for your buck too. Do yourself a favor and give this place a shot....you will be very happy that you did. Also.....the payment options that are offered really do make is easy to use the service as I need them and in a way that meets my scheduling challenges. WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Do not use this company. They will not allow you to transfer visits over to someone else even though you are moving out of the area and will not be able to use them all. They do not return phone calls as they state they will. They change out chiropractic personal more than any company I have ever seen. So you will not be able to get seen by the same person more than maybe twice. There have been at least 6 different people in the Lubbock joint location in the last year and half.

Great experience. Ill be going in weekly. Ive gone to chiropractors for 30+years and The Joint is where Ill go from now on. They offer plans that fit any schedule and the adjustment is the best Ive ever had. And, they are affordable enough to go as often as necessary. The reason chiropractic care doesnt always work is because most people cant afford to go as often as they should. I will be able to go in for a weekly adjustment and still feed my family. Very pleased.

I decided to try this place out because my chiropractor closed his office. The staff was friendly and the price was great, but unfortunately you get what you pay for. I didnt feel better after being adjusted. I still feel so out of wack that I think Im going to go to another chiropractor to feel better. Also, the guy that adjusted me wreaked of cigarettes. :/
