Very detached and uncaring. You come in they dont acknowledge you for a good ten minutes. The nurse is wonderful and deserves much better than her employer. The doctor herself, didnt seem to care or want to hear anything you are asking or trying to tell her. I would not recommend her to anyone

Tests were not followed up correctly leaving my grandmother very confused about follow ups and what exactly she needed to do. Office staff threw away important referral paperwork and no one knew what was going on. Im very dissatisfied!!!!

Poor customer service. The staff doesnt acknowledge you upon arrival or speak when taken back. Their cold and the doctor is almost rude and unsympathetic.
