I was happy to see a new doctor office open closer to my home near Teel and Main. I had been seeing my previous doctor for years and had to drive a ways to get to her. She was good and someone I still may visit but decided it was time for a change based on a few variables. After my first visit, from moment I walked in until the time I exited, I have to say I was very happy. Dr. Flores and his staff are amazing and I find to be extremely responsive, accommodating and most important to me; they are prompt and on time. I have had several follow up visits and he has brought some different perspectives to my overall health plans and needs and again, I cant stress enough how responsive, accommodating and on time his office runs to the time of appointment. I can see a long term relationship beginning to develop which is what most of us want with our PCPs. Thank you Dr. Flores and for your innovation in enabling your patients to schedule, get medical info and so on in the way that is convenient for me; via phone, the BSWHealth App...etc. Jim

Terrible experience. I waited an hour to be seen by Dr. Flores. I showed up early and with all new patient paperwork filled out in full, so I did not expect to wait long at all. As I sat there I watched a lady come in for an interview with Dr. Flores, and immediately was brought into the back to see him. 30 minutes later I was finally called back. Much to my surprise Dr. Flores came in to the room with the same lady that was interviewing. He informed me she would be checking me out today. Keep in mind this was my first time to ever see this doctor. It felt very strange to have someone who was not even part of the staff examine me. They never sent the referral to my chiropractor which was the whole purpose of my visit to see Dr. Flores. When I called to find out why, Jennifer in the office lied to me and said she had been trying to get in touch with the chiropractor for 2 weeks. It has only been 1 week since I saw Dr. Flores. The office is rude and unhelpful especially Jennifer. Please take my advice and find another doctor!!

I was pleased to find such a qualified internist so close to home to whom I could entrust the healthcare of my adult family members. Time and again Dr. Flores has proven to be an excellent diagnostician. He is very personable and professional and makes his patients feel comfortable and confident to be in his care. I would highly recommend Dr. Flores to any patient needing an internist.

I didnt know doctors really cared for patients anymore or that they took the time to listen anymore. I use to have a dr who was more interested in writing prescriptions than actually caring for patients so when I saw Dr. Flores I was pleasantly surprised to discover that there are still drs who practice medicine for the patient instead of the drug companies.

Dr. Flores has been my PCP for many years. He is very caring and always makes sure you are taken care of. I was very appreciative when I was in the office one day and he noticed a mole that he felt like needed to be biopsied, it came back cancerous and he was quick to take care of it. Good Doctor but extremely difficult to have a call returned. In fact, I have never had a call returned. It is up to me to keep calling until it gets resolved. I knocked two stars off for this because it is anxiety time if you need to have a refill. Once you are in the exam room Dr. Flores is very attentive.
