The front office staff is terribly rude. The office manager was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me! If the office staff is this way to patients, can you imagine how the doctors must treat them? The front staff only conducts themselves in a manner that is consistent with that of their leadership. Very unfortunate and disappointing. If youre referred here, ask for an alternate referral to a completely different doctor/office. Huge thumbs down for this one.

This has to be the WORST doctors office i have ever been to. They have you email your paperwork to one person and it never gets to the right office. The doctor sent listen and you end up having to repeat yourself a million times. Its better to wait and find a good end that will actually listen to what you tell them than risk going here

Dr Gaddam is professional and very friendly. Her team is helpful and efficient. Dr. Gaddam always spends appropriate time with me and helps me understand any changes that are of concern. She called me personally when my lab report came back abnormal to discuss my options and ask how I was feeling. I think Dr. Gaddam is a very good Dr.

I could not ask for a better CARING doctor. Shes helped me get on the right track with my meds and getting my diabetes and other issues under control. My health is very complex and has been a challenge, but Ive seen an improvement with Dr. Gaddam help and I would recommend her to anyone.
