Dont do it!!!!!!!!!!! Wish I could put down 0 stars. Heres why. Visit #1- Spent 3 hours here for a simple check up. Kids loved the atmosphere but thats the only good thing about this place. Visit #2- Son was given medicine to calm him for his procedure. He was very sedated when taken back and seemed okay. Within 30 minutes Im called back to come get him as they had to stop after only 2 teeth. My son was shivering, shaking, and crying, visibly extremely distraught. He was kept in a wheelchair for discharge and wheeled out to my car. I was not allowed to hold him do to safety compliance as he was still under the influence of the medications. This I did understand. Visit #3- I return with my son to "finish" the procedure. It took 3 nurses and 1 doctor to be able to even get the scale to work to weigh my son. The scale was weighing in pounds instead of kilograms which they need to calculate his drug dosage. Its a very simple calculation to convert pounds into kilograms, simply divide by 2.2 but that apparently was too difficult for this staff. Eventually, they fix scale and reweigh him in kilograms. The doctor comes in and gives him his medicine and tells me it will take about 25 minutes to work (this was the case on the previous visit). 10, maybe 15 minutes later they come to take him. He is not at all sedated at this point, sitting up talking to me. Last visit he couldnt even pick up his head. I tell them I dont think he is ready and they assure me he is fine and the nitrous will kick it in and he will be fine. They refuse to let me stay with him. Once again, I get called back after only 2 teeth. This time nurse is holding him in her lap, he is traumatized and the nurse is visibly upset as well. She hands him to me and I hold him the entire time. The doctor comes in and tells me she cant work on my son and gives me a referral to another dentist. She also gives me a script for pain medicine for him, this was not offered on the last visit. I needed a school note as well and they were unable to get one to me in the discharge room. I have to stand at the front desk, holding my son as no wheelchair was provided this time. Remember on my last visit I was not allowed to hold him per safety protocol. I also now have found out that I was double charged and am having trouble getting cooperation from the office to fix this issue. So overall, yes they have a play area and a movie theater Woo Hoo. Good for them. Maybe focus on proper dental care instead.

While the office is great for kids and the staff is good about making your child at ease, which is extremely important, there just may be far too many staff members. I have yet to have two individuals give me the same information. My appointment times change, it takes hours to get a single appointment set, the staff has to ask YOU what work your child needs to have done when they are the ones who told you initially what was necessary. My son and I waited for 2 hours before we were finally taken in for his work, leaving him hungry and thirsty (he couldnt eat or drink that day before he had his work done) and it gave him enough time to become anxious about the procedure. I work, too, so theyre only taking money from me for having to spend so much time off work waiting and guessing. Its just such a cluster. If I had dental insurance, I would not be taking my child here. It makes you feel like youll send your child in for work and get them back only to find they took care of the wrong tooth and youll have to go back in until they can figure out what theyre supposed to be doing. Its extremely frustrating, especially when youre spending hundreds of dollars and entrusting your child to them. Update: I just received a call from Smile Magic to remind me of an appointment I didnt schedule. It gets really old dealing with an office that doesnt have a clue what theyre doing. Perhaps they could use some training for the office staff.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place! The whole time I was there not one assistant washed their hands. During my first visit the Dr. my daughter had was Foreman, He was yelling at a young, black, female assistant. his behavior was unacceptable and VERY unprofessional!!! Even his assistant that was in the exam room had an attitude. They also told me my daughter would be placed in a "Safety Blanket" and informed me I could not go in the room with her. My child returned to me in tears and told me that she was strapped down by her wrist, ankles and head. she also told me that Foremans assistant placed a purple gel on her gums to numb them, however Foreman did not wait or ask her if she was numb and began the procedure. Once she screamed "ouch" he paid NO recognition to her pain. The second time I went for my older daughter the same thing happened and Foreman STILL had an attitude. I should have listened to my child the first time! I will NOT be giving my hard earned money for these people to treat my kids like animals!!!!!!

Do NOT take your child here! They use "safety blankets", in other words-straight jackets on the "difficult" kids and they wont tell you they are doing it. They are crooks, unprofessional, racist if you are not hispanic and lazy!!! Every bad review Ive read on here is true from experience. Be prepared to wait over a hour and ahalf to be seen as well. Its sad how they lie to and brain wash innocent non English speaking Hispanics into getting their kids braces/crowns when they dont really need them. They will do whatever to get paid alot from medicade and really dont care about your childs well being. I dont know how this place is still in business.

Ive been taking my children to this dentist for over 3yrs now. From the time my youngest was 6 months. My children are 9,7,3 now. My children love the atmosphere, both the entertainment and the niceness of nurses and dentists! Me as a parent, I am always at ease. They explain things in detail, and always make sure the parents are comfortable with wats going on with their children! I highly recommend this place. I wont go anywhere else!

This was the 2nd time weve been to this office and much like the 1st time, we had a great experience. Everyone was nice, all services were super quick and my daughter was beyond comfortable. I appreciate all the staff! My daughter got a tooth extracted and I got to watch from a tablet! They definitely cater to children and I love it! Well definitely be returning and Im already spreading the word to friends with little ones too!
