I recently changed dentists because I was very unsatisfied with Excel Dental Clinic in Dallas off of Buckner and John West. I visited Seagoville Dental Associates for the first time today because I will be living in Seagoville and loved it. They do all kinds of word and take care of your personal needs. They care about the pain you feel and ask many questions in order to get a better feel of your needs. They do surgery there, whitening of the teeth, etc.. You would not have to go to a specialist for any reason because they are the specialists. The staff is very friendly and educated. The environment is very clean. The service is fast. My appointment was at 10:15AM and if I had been prepared with all my paperwork, they would have taken me at that time. They only took 15 minutes extra to input all my information. They do have a website where you can fill out your medical information prior to your visit. They also take Care Credit which is AWESOME. I love this place and I definitely would recommend it.

AMAZING OFFICE!! Ive been having pain for over 2 months. I called and receive an appointment the same day! The staff and Dentist was so concerned about my pain and the time that I had waited, I received a root canal the same day!... didnt leave until after closing and never heard anyone complain. Dr. Francom has the patient of a saint! While doing my procedure, the doctor and his assistant conversed like a symphony!...Never once felt an urge to be rushed or agitated!..Not to mention, Im not the easiest to please!.. lol. The ENTIRE staff is amazing!!l...from the time you enter until the time you leave!..These people are definitely heaven sent!. THANK YOU!

I have been a patient since 2012 and was very nervous about finding a new Dentist. I came from Oklahoma, and left my wonderful Dentist to move here. Dr. English was the Dentist when I first came to Seagoville Dental and he was great and when he left and Dr Fracom took over and I was nervous to say the lest. Dr. Fracom is a wonderful Dentist and will make you comfortable as possible, he performed an implant on bottom tooth and I was worried about pain afterwards...No pain whatsoever just some soreness. Dr. Francom and his staff are the best and I recommend them to all my friends. I am scheduled for another implant, I will keep you posted

I had the best experience at Seagoville dental. Front desk personnel is very nice and welcoming. The Doctor and his dental assistants are wonderful and went above and beyond to make my dental experience an enjoyable one. I am defiantly going back and I highly recommend this office to anyone that has anxiety about seeing the dentist. Seagoville dental is a great office, all of the staff are really down to earth and I could tell they all have a true passion for what they do. Thank you!

Got my teeth worked on here I had "10" in between cavities they said. So of course I let them fix them all of them turned into a root canals. I went to another dentist they wont even touch my teeth until I see a root canal specialist cause All my root canals which I have had done here need to be redone!!! And it also makes me angry when you write one bad review on Facebook they blow up your phone to take it off cause its hurting there business...

Everyone please do yourselves a favor and switch dentist to Dr.Francom! Everyone As a veteran of the US Army I will say he went above and beyond his call of duty to help me, and I will never forget it. He himself is a Dentist in the US Army, and has been serving our troops for years. But with all that aside he was also the best dentist thats ever worked on my mouth. Thank you once again Dr. Francom!

Love this Dental office. My husband has been going here for several years, trying to talk me into switching. I did and I am soooo glad. I love the staff, love the hygienist and love the dentists. And the suckers you get when you leave are delicious ;)

Great place everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Went in for a root canal and they did a great job making me feel comfortable and now two weeks later I can chew on both side of my mouth pain free! I will be back.
