HS is terrific at what they do. Not only is the staff professional and knowledgeable, they also provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. No one would walk in if they werent feeling some form of pain, added with treatment that demands time and patients. Its no easy task keeping up the positivity, not for them. Its just a day at work for the HS family making life easier for everyone. Regardless the number of fellow patients present for physical therapy, Brook always gives me plenty of individual support and attention. Walking in for every appointment, Nazzys diligence and friendliness always makes me leave my troubles at the door, so I can focus on my recovery. Amongst her own personal responsibilities, Amber will always be around, if not at the front desk its around the therapy area making sure everyone receives the utmost attention. I have been coming to Healthsource of Copperfield for just over two weeks. I was interested in the laser therapy to help me with pain and inflammation. I ended up getting a full evaluation and x-rays, and met with Dr. Cook. Its exactly what I needed. She is great, and was able to tell and show me where my issues stemmed, and provided a plan for my healing. After my first visit, my pain diminished and I felt relief. It was wonderful. Now, two weeks later, Im doing great and I continue to feel better after each visit. The other staff, Nazzy, Amber, Brooke, Jennifer, and Dr. Tao are all very personable and have positive and friendly energy. I look forward to visits in order to continue to feel better and learn how to maintain my improved state, as well as to interact with the staff. I would highly recommend Healthsource of Copperfield if someone is experiencing pain and/or would like to learn how to help their body work more efficiently instead of treating symptoms when they occur.

Until I came to HealthSource, I had never had an experience with chiropractic care, but I can now say Im a believer! The progress thats been made in such a short time is truly amazing! The entire staff makes it a very comfortable situation coming in. Dr. Cook is easy to talk to and always open to answer any questions, with an explanation that you can actually understand. It is very apparent when working with both she and Dr. Tao that they truly enjoy helping people heal! I have to give praise to Amber and Brooke as well! Not only are they helpful with the exercises and therapy, but they will talk to you like people, not just patients, which makes for an enjoyable experience. Nazzy will always welcome you at the front desk with a smile! If you are in need of any chiropractic care or physical therapy, I highly recommend that you come here! My only complaint is that I didnt find them sooner!

After months of pain in my right back upper hip and leg went to Healthsource Chiropractic and saw Dr. Tao and Dr. Cook with the rehab team. After only 10 visits of about an hour, consisting of exercises and chiropractic adjustments, the sharp pain in my hip has all but disappeared along with the leg pain and my flexibility in my leg has increased significantly. My hip and leg are 80% better and I am only half way into my treatment. I would recommend anyone who has pain in your back, hips, neck, etc. to have it checked out by Dr. Tao and Dr. Cook. Do not wait as I did and continue to be in pain and do damage to your joints, take a few minutes of your time to go in and be checked out, it is easy and more than worth it. Dave

This place is amazing! I was in so much pain in my shoulder and arm when I was referred to Dr. Cook and her staff. Immediately Dr. Cook was able to diagnose that the pain was caused by the spinal area in my neck, and she and her staff went to work making me feel better. Dr. Cook, Brooke, and Amber are all great at what they do; and are fun, friendly, and easy to work with. I love that they were able to fix my pain in a natural way, and that they treat the problem, not just the symptoms. I look forward to my physical therapy and adjustment sessions, and to working with them on natural alternatives to traditional medicine. Nazzy at the front desk is so friendly and helpful! I have been going to Health Source Chiropractic for approximately 4 months for treatment of a pulled shin muscle to the point where I was unable to walk without having severe pain. With the adjustments, hands on massage and application of "Rock Tape", I am 99% recovered. The doctors and staff members at Health Source really care about the person they are treating and not just another payment in the bank. I appreciate the time they spend with me and the explanations they give for what is going on that day. I highly recommend Healthsource of Copperfield. I had serious neck pain that would run across the back of my left shoulder, down my left arm all the way to my pinky and ring finger. Sometimes my arm and fingers would just go numb too. I was skeptical but I stayed with Dr. Cooks program and within a few weeks I was completely pain free and still am for the last 6 months. Im very grateful to Dr. Cook and her great and friendly staff. Health Source can exclude me from the contest...Im not doing this to win anything. Im doing it cause I should have done it long ago. Brooke, Nazzy, Amber are exceptional staff that make your expeience very comfortable!! Brooke is also an Amazing Assistant that makes the experience of performing exercises that can be uncomfortable more bearable with her knowledge and sensitivity!! This is my first experience with chiropractic medicine and I have to say it makes sense. The doctors explained how important caring for your spine and alignment are in your everyday health. I was so nervous at my first visit and from then on Nazzy and the staff made me feel so comfortable. They are very patient. Its nice to be in a doctors office where all you hear are positive comments from the staff and patients. I enjoy my visits to the clinic, I look forward to seeing Amber and the young ladies they make an unpleasant situation much better. The doctors really do a great job!!

I was a little skeptical about chiropractic care until my sister told me that she had been going for a frozen shoulder, and it really helped her. I then developed a frozen shoulder and was in pain for months and taking Advil daily. So, I decided to try it. My insurance deductible is high, so I had to pay out of pocket, and its not cheap! HOWEVER, I am so happy with the care I have received, and my shoulder is getting better. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. I love Dr. Cook! She takes time with you and really cares about how you are feeling.
