I had never been to a chiropractor before I started seeing CORE, and let me tell you -- I recently joked with the office people there that I never thought Id be able to commit to something long-term until I started getting these adjustments. Having never been before, I had no idea what to expect. However, Dr. Wafer is not only able to actually fix my neck which was previously popping painfully LITERALLY every time I turned my head. He also is pleasant, professional, courteous and has a great sense of humour. I have a pretty crazy work schedule, but the office staff has always been extremely flexible and accommodating. They text you before every appointment, and if you respond saying you forgot that youre actually on an airplane during the appointment time -- they kindly reschedule for you with a smile. I know life would literally be more painful without Dr. Wafer. Id definitely call them a CORE part of my month. (Im punny.)

I have been going to Dr. Wafer about over a year since he was at the Galleria office. I was suffering from painful headaches and lower back pain when I would do anything active. With some convincing from my girlfriend, she found a chiropractor down the street from my office. Dr. Wafer is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was very thorough with his explanations and made it easy for me to understand what might be causing my symptoms. Just after one session my headaches went away and my back started to feel better. I have been going to him ever since and followed him to the new office. Luckily it is close to home for me. The new office is very nice. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They are so accommodating with appointments. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Wafer for your chiropractic needs! You wont regret it!

This place is the place to go if your living with pain. I had shoulder surgery in 2007 and ever since then my back, shoulders, and neck havent been the same. I tried everything massages, stretches, exercises and even other chiropractic facilities. This one is different. Its a homey place where everyone knows your name and greets you as soon as you walk in the door. Your doctor will perform an examination to asses your specific needs. Then will inform you of the total cost of your specific treatment, and the amount of time/visits it will take before seeing results. After the first visit I am in there for about 15 minutes due to my chattiness; so little to no waiting. I have been going for about 3 months, and dont have the words to describe the pain I felt before and the freedom/range of motion that I now have. Thank you Dr. Wafer!

Dr. Wafer and the entire staff at Core Chiropractic are simply the best from their professionalism to their facility and equipment to their smiling faces as soon as I walk through the door. I always feel like everything is taken care of and that Im in great hands. Ive had my fair share of last-minute schedule emergencies and the staff were more than willing to help me reschedule. I really appreciate their patience and flexibility with my sometimes hectic schedule. When I started seeing Dr. Wafer, I was in so much pain I had difficulty even bending over or sitting and standing for long periods of time. Dr. Wafer told me that I was suffering from Anterior pelvic tilt. Flash forward two years later and I feel fantastic thanks to Dr. Wafer and the team at Core. Keep up the great work!

Dr Kevin Wafer takes the time to listen to your concerns, does a very detailed examination and then proposes a treatment plan. He also educates first time Chiropractic patients about the limitiations and feasibility of this method of spinal care. The staff are very organized. They treat you will and do every thing possible to work with your schedule. During the course of treatment Dr Wafer always requests feedback to ensure his treatment is yielding the right results. The office has very good equipment and is maintained very well and kept clean. I have been impressed by my first ever Chiropractic experience. I highly recommend this practice to anybody needing spinal care and corrective adjustments.

Truly a great chiropractor! From the very beginning Dr. Kevin Wafer takes the time to fully listen to your pain problems and go over your health history. He makes you feel completely at ease and comfortable, and doesnt rush anything at all. In fact, he does a full-body assessment in order to accurately pinpoint exactly which areas need attention. And because he takes the time to actually listen to your problems and assess your current health, hes able to provide excellent chiropractic care exactly where you need it. Truly a wonderful experience, especially after having been to so many other chiropractors that can leave you feeling overlooked and still in pain. Thank you!

Didnt get better but I received a professional treatment. Came to Dr Wafer for a mild neck pain that I have had for about 6 months. Might be from pulling a wrong muscle when doing stretching. Pain when looking left. Did 4 treatments with Dr Wafer but did not get any improvement. I did not believe continuing with the regular neck cracks will fix the problem so I canceled the treatment plan. No penalty, no contract, and no pushy salesmanship. Dr Wafer was convinced that his treatment would be able to fix the problem in the long term and thought that my expectation of seeing any result from 4 visits is illogical. Im going to try an alternative solution.

Been going here for months now. Dr.Wafer is so kind and you can tell he really cares about his clients. I have chronic back pain (mild scoliosis) and overall back, shoulder, and neck tightness due to working long 12+ hour shifts. I never thought being pain free/having minimal pain was possible for me. To my surprise, I was very wrong. Since seeing Dr. Wafer, I have been pain free or have minimal pain when I go too long without seeing him, but even this minimal pain is nothing compared to what I usually have and does not at all affect my day to day activities. I would recommend him 100%, best chiropractor Ive ever been too.

Easiest 5 star review to give. I was so pleased when I found out that Core Chiropractic was opening a location on the west side. Id been treated by Dr. Wafer at their original Galleria location for a couple of years, and had always been very happy with my treatments and the service provided there. The west side location is no different, save a little easier for me to get to. Dr. Wafer has a professional, yet warm bedside manner, and the office staff is friendly and personable. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a chiropractor, and if on the west side, this location is fantastic.

In 2015 the back pain I had tolerated for years became a body mechanic hindrance. Unable to properly move I reviewed the options available. Foreseeably CORE chiropractic was the safest choice and still is. During the initial visit I had an X-ray performed and a physical. The X-Ray showed a true imbalance and curve in my spine. Dr. Kevin Wafer has been treating me since then and now I go to the gym every week. Additionally I am pursuing bodybuilding and the pain I once had is managed with visits to this office. Investing in a chiropractor is essential to the well being of the bodys flux mechanics.
