DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Most of the staff is rude and Im pretty sure the nice optometrist, Bradley has no idea how they treat his customers. I was trying to obtain a faxed copy of my contacts yesterday (because they can only fax or mail prescriptions) and the lady that picked up the phone was rude right from the beginning.I had to call an hour later since I did not receive a faxed copy. Same lady picks up and sounds like she forgot to send it and instead says "I already sent it." I explain to her to send it again fully aware that she wasnt going to since she states that she "already sent it" and slammed the phone. By this time Im ticked off I call and get a nice lady I must have sounded crazy to her because I told her to send it a "third" time and of course I received it from her. I ordered my contacts from 1800 contacts I took a picture of it with the app thinking its all over! 1800 contacts calls me and tells me the prescription was for GLASSES! I never got a prescription for glasses from Irving eye care. 1800 contacts calls them and gets the right prescription... IRVING EYE CARES STAFF MONKEYS CAN DO A BETTER JOB!

These ladies who work the front desk are so rude and nasty. They act like I wasnt paying with money but with government assistanc e and this gave them the right to be nasty and it does not. I went in for a copy of an eyeexam and was told it is 5.00 and then I was told like we told you we cant repair the glasses or replace if they break since you brought the frame in. Well i was not even asking about the glasses being replaced. She decided to inform me in a authoritative slighly rude manner. I hate this eye clinic due to they treat people like high school kids who are about to graduate and need tough love to drill into their heads how to make it out there. This is too bad due to the Doctor is so cool but he has hired some ignorant gustafo broads. I feel angry that the customer service at this place is so poor. Who the hell do they think they are. First visit I wanted to cuss one of the ladies out due to how rude she was about me being late and telling me you are now last rudely. Dont go here. There are so many very nice clinics that like taking your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped going here. The doctor is very sweet and nice but the rest of the staff is so rude. I went in and the first thing they said was that I had bad vision cause of my acne. I couldnt help it I was freaking 13 and I was breaking out. Alright i took it and then again another lady comes and tells me again. This happened five times. I went in again two more times in different occasions. Same thing. Thanks for pointing out something i could help ladies.

Was a little hesitant when choosing this facility by the negative feedback from previous patients, but I didnt have any issue! Staff was busy but still greeted me with a smile. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable about products (they have a variety of glasses in shop). Dr. Bradley was very nice and very knowledgeable. My personal opinion, this is a great facility!

The staff is rude and couldnt care less at being professional. Make sure you check and make sure the services are covered. We were charged over $200 for services that werent covered on our insurance without the staff going over this with us like other offices do.

Yeah like the people said, the doctor is nice but the staff are very rude. There are some good staff like chris and some other lady, but I hardly get to deal with them. I been coming here for 4 years but still no respect from these people except for the doctor

Office manager has no people skills or communication skills this is the second time i been here I was disappointed the first time. I was giving it one more try after 3 yrs. At least the doctor is good but didnt see him...and receptionist was polite.

The staff is rude, unprofessional. The Dr. Seemed nice but forgot to put my prescription through, he lied and said he did. So I paid 75 Dollars copay for nothing. AVOID AT ALL COST!
