Unprofessional. Poor communication skills. Poor customer service. I have not had an experience where 5 out of 5 visits I have been told there is no prescription under my name. It is, as if, I keep coming monthly for my enjoyment. The ritual follows of me, not them, calling my doctor s office, then they find the prescription but need several hours to fill it after stating they dont have it or it is on hold. Exact same experience every time. No improvement or intelligence to do better. Not sure what the issue but they need to rehire qualified people that seek to do their jobs correctly and accurately. After last experience, transferred my prescription to Sams club and had a completely positive experience.

This pharmacy sucks. When I lived in Lancaster I could drop my prescription at the Walmart and expect to get it filled in an hour. Yesterday at about 4:15 pm I dropped my prescription and was told it would not be ready until 11am the next day. When I went in to pick it up it was only partially filled. They tell me I needed to call the doctor to get a clarification when I called walmart back at 7:30pm they tell me that they dont have the medication and have ordered it and it will be ready at noon tomorrow. And no they did not phone me at any time. RE
