Let me start off by saying Ive worked customer service and know how to treat customers but this office was probably the worse vision place Ive ever gone too. The dr was cool but the girls working are probably like late 20s and for some reason can not do math for the life of them. The only reason why I went here is because it was so close to me. When I first called I spoke to a girl name crystal asked over the phone how much I would need to take for my visit with my insurance told me 50 or 60 bucks. When it came time to pay another girl did the math and said it would b 87 dollars. I asked why and told me because I had a astigmatism . I told the girl yes I know I told crystal that over the phone. Long story short the lady told me I would have to pay 87 out of pocket and 38 dollars for 2 boxs of contacts and I could ordered them whenever I liked. So I went today and once again crystal is there and told me instead of 38 bucks it would be 18. I knew it wasnt right but I payed it. I received from crystal herself saying that I actually had to pay 60 more dollars because I only had that day I went to pay the 38. I told her why is there always a back in fourth. She tried to make it seem like it was my fault that I didnt order the contacts the day they told me. I stated that they specifically told me I could buy them whenever I liked. So I told her I would come up to get my refund. She stated I would have to talk to my insurance to get my refund. Ive never heard of that but it was a good thing I did . The representative that I spoke told me that these girls were doing the math wrong to begin with and that I would have had to pay more out of pocket then they were telling me. I would have just respected that more if they would have just told me the right amount to begin with instead of making it seem like it was my fault. If you wana save yourself the headache stay away from this place because these dumasses dont know how to do math!!!

Dr. Smiths care is excellent and I trust my eyes to him. He always takes whatever time I need to explain what is going on with my eyes and what all my options are concerning treatments. I highly recommend Beltline Vision. I have been going to Dr. Smith since the late 80s - a long time. I have referred many friends, family and co-workers to him and they also have been long time patients. Many of his staff have also been with him for a long time and I find the care of the entire team to be excellent. I have never had long waiting periods, so I think the scheduling is great, and they have managed to squeeze me in when I have had eye emergencies.

Pros: The staff and Optometrist that I encountered were very nice and personable. Cons: When they billed incorrectly, there was no response and when I called, the person I spoke with developed a very nasty attitude and rushed me off of the phone. I originally was going to recommend this place but after that incident. Do not go here.

I have been going to this location for almost 5 years. Dr. Smith has such a great personality and is very attentive to your needs. I recommend anyone to come here. Staff is always polite and are very personable with the patients.

I had to take my mom in for an eye exam and glasses. The medical assistants were professional. They had variety of selections for frames. The only thing I did not receive a call when the glasses were ready.
