After dealing with neck and back pain for a couple of months I decided to try a chiropractor before going to my physician. Doing a quick Google search provided me with this location as the top result. I scheduled the appointment and filled out the required paperwork online, which their receptionist made quick and easy. It was once I got into their office and dealt with their doctor that I began to notice several red flags. To begin my doctor asked me what I believed to be the issue, I explained that I had been experiencing neck and back pain for a couple months and thought it was due to an exercise injury involving too much weight. He quickly brushed that idea off and told me it was because of the way I was sleeping. He then had me lay in a heated water bed for 20 minutes which felt nice but didnt do much otherwise. Afterwards he began popping and cracking everything from my neck to my lower back, he did all this without every even considering an xray first, which was alarming considering neck and shoulder injuries are quite serious and can lead to a lifetime of problems if not addressed correctly. Secondly this may just be a pet peeve of mine but he only made small talk and did not at all discuss the issue I came in for; this wasnt to my liking, I dont care about where youre from or you learning about where I attended school, Im interested in discussing the problem at hand. Afterwards he suggested I see him 3 more times over a 10 day period and if the issue was still there then at that time wed look at x-rays, which seems entirely backwards for the problem I mentioned. Finally, while I check out, the receptionist says they couldnt verify my PPO so the charge would be more than usual, this seemed odd as I had never had problems with it before but I agreed. Once I left I made a call to my insurance company who told me they never heard from the chiropractors office despite the woman telling me she couldnt verify my account with my company. That was the final straw, I called and cancelled my next two appointments and will not be returning to this center.

The village chiropractic has been there numerous time for me, when I have had sports injuries. The village chiropractic has medical massages, adjustments, physical therapy, X-ray machines, certified doctors and much more. Every time you walk in, you are greeted with welcoming staff and always treated well. I would recommend the Village Chiropractic Center to anyone!

I had lower back pain from over excursion in sports. I came into Village Chiropractic hoping for the best and I was blown away. The service I received from Dr.Jeremy was exceptional. I was walked through what they where doing throughout my adjustment and it was very encouraging. I would highly recommend Dr.Jeremy and his team at VCC.
