Very nice office. I was there for my first time as I changed eye doctors. I was able to get in within a couple days of calling. Wait time was very short. I do have insurance, however, I wanted both contacts and glasses. Everyone was very professional and Dr. Billings was pleasant. I only gave 4 stars bc Im not sure how the prices compare to other places. They did figure what the insurance would cover more of so that was nice. Overall, it was a good experience. I am updating my review as of today, 1/9/17. My visit was initially on 12/15/16. My glasses and a partial order of my contacts finally arrived, so I went in to pick up. I was given my 3 boxes of contacts (should be 4) and sat down to "fit" my glasses. I wear contacts and figured they would have me take my contacts out so we could be sure I could actually see. Nope! Kelly had me close my eyes so she could fit them on me. After about 5 minutes, I was sent on my way. When I got in my car, I figured I should take a look since I was hurried out. Sure enough, the lens that was "rolled" had a scratch and the other lens was as flat, thick, and sharp as it possibly could be! Ive never sold glasses or worked in an eye ofc, but this was something that could not have been overlooked. It was intentionally disregarded by Kelly. One of the lenses had already been sent back before this go around, so I know they check them out before calling to come pick up. They literally tried to send me on my way with a terrible pair of glasses/lenses, that Im not even sure I can see out of, bc she never had me take my contacts out. To be clear, I ordered everything I could to make the lenses not as thick and they came back as Mr. Magoo glasses. I of course went back in and showed her and her response was "Oh, I thought it might just be a shaving and not a scratch, and yeah, this side needs to be "rolled" more, well, they need to just "roll" it." Point proven that she DID notice before I pointed out, but she still tried to send me out with them. I spent close to $400.00 there, most on the glasses (320.00) and expect better. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Im now certain they just try to sale you on the most expensive glasses. Which is fine...but get it right and give me what I ordered in a timely manner.

His staff is very rude and they just treat you like you are stupid. They are very snippy with you and roll their eyes at you a lot. And doctor Billings was not able to put me in the right glasses or contacts I had to go spend another $400 somewhere else. He was also very rude to me. He was very sassy too do no reason. Also I broke my glasses and they refused to fix them because I had an appointment the next week, when those were my only glasses and I couldnt see and I had to see to work and drive. I had to super glue them. I went to Sams Club though and they got me an appointment immediately, got me the correct prescription, got me contacts for $50 dollars and two glasses and the appointment was all $375 and they were all nice. Also got me in contacts while we wait for my glasses

Office staff was super snooty to my mother when she took my daughter..they were always somewhat dismissive with me but the way they treated my mother made me never go back again. I had to make another appointment to pick up her contacts..mind you my daughter was 13 at the time and had NEVER in her life wore contacts. Dr Reber and the lady that helps him were so impatient and rude to my daughter Because he struggled getting them in er eyea...I was soooo angry and it was just a horrible experience overall. Hoping to find a new optician ASAP!!

Their test are typically decent however, beware of the prices of their frames and contacts. I have found it significantly cheaper to purchase them elsewhere. There was also a review by someone previously saying something about the staffs customer service, I experienced something similar as well. Out of all the staff, theres a couple that are nice. There rest of them talk and treat you like they dont want your business.

I had the best experience with Dr. Billings and all his staff. My son and i went to his office and walked away feeling like we were treated fair. I would recommend Dr. Billings to everyone. I had never been able to wear contacts due to my astigmatism. But, with Dr. Billings help i am now wearing contacts. My son is now wearing his first pair of glasses and he loves them. Thanks Dr. Billings!

Dr. Billings was the WORST doctor i have ever been too. He was so clueless as to what he was doing, failed to look at my previous files from another doctor since i was there for a followup, and asked me completely irrelevant questions about my personal life which did not have anything to do with my EYES!!! i was so frustrated at my visit i couldnt wait to get out. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!

Dr. Billings and his staff are amazing. I have been a patient for a few years and due to my eye condition I have to go in about every 3 months for an exam. Dr. Billings was able to diagnose my eye condition when others were not. He is always professional, educates the patientn, and is quite witty. His staff is professional, warm and always helpful. I highly recommend him!

I wont go anywhere else. Dr Billings is the first Dr to actually give me glasses that worked. My husband has terribly complicated eyes as well and has had the best glasses and contacts ever. 3 kids, one who wears them as well and he is great with the kids. He takes VSP and theyre are all just great people. No complaints.

Dr Billings has the worst staff, I had applied for a job there and I called multiple times and I never talked to the hiring manager and the last time I called the one kept hanging up on me. I would not recommend them to no one.
