In October, 2015 I purchased my second pair of glasses from Vision Source in Flower Mound. Great service and great prices. I had my annual wellness physical earlier this week and the eye test performed by my physician seemed to indicate that I was not seeing as well as I should. I went to Vision Source today to have my glasses checked according to the October prescription. The glasses were checked and found to be made correctly. Also, Dr. Bartlett and Optician Nancy checked my eyes again just to make sure everything was ok. I was not charged for this brief follow-up exam which to me is one great customer service experience!

I have been going to Dr. Bartlett for years. I liked the Highland Village office better but happy followed Dr. Bartlett to his new location. Its easy to get an appointment as the office personnel are very efficient. The technicians are pleasant and have always taken time to help me pick out just the right pair of glasses. The staff are extremely nice and knowledgeable. They explain everything in your bill, what the insurance pay versus your co-payment. My previous eye doctor staff did not and if I asked, they seemed bothered. The doctor was also very professional and nice. will definitely be back.
