This is the worse place to shop for eyeglasses. I have been a customer and patient of this Bellaire Optometry for 5 years. My husband, two children 8 and 4, and my mother are all patients and customers of this Bellaire Optometry for about 5 years. So far, we have gotten our eye exams and purchase glasses from them. We have purchased 3 pairs of Silhouette, 2 pairs Ray Ban sunglasses, and 1 another brand name pair(each cost over $300). I spent over $1000 in purchases with them. Everything was great and enjoyable when I spent money at Bellaire Optometry. Until there is a problem, this is how I was treated…. I have this Silhouette eyeglass (cost over $300) and the nose bridge broke off. I asked for help, and every associate said nothing can be done. I asked for Silhouette phone number, and no one can provided that for me either. I went to Silhouette’s website and emailed them. I got the number myself. Lately, I asked them for help on my broken Silhouette glasses again. One associate said she could send it back to Silhouette if I can find the broken part. She knew about this procedure that she can send back to the Silhouette and didn’t tell me at the beginning. I found the original, broken nose pad. She refused to send it back to Silhouette because of the hassle and the time it takes them to send. Her other excuse is the glasses are out of warranty. If so, then why told me to find the broken part. All I asked is that she TRY to send it back for me because Silhouette deals with only retailers. I didn’t expect that I will get a brand new replacement glasses. Plus, she was the one who told me she can get the frame replaced if I can find the missing part. The associate declined to send back to Silhouette as promised and said there is nothing she can do again. I got upset. So, I called the owner Dr. Anne Huyen Le and talked to her on 3-30-13. She told me the reason she will not send it out because of shipping charges. Oh, my god! I will I spent over $300 on several glasses in your store and here you are worried about shipping fee which will cost no more than $20. Okay, I offer and will pay for shipping fee. After a long conversation, she promised to send it for me. After 3 days, one associate called me to drop by to pick up my glass on 4-2-13. I said I thought you guys will try to send it out, and two associates told me Dr. Anne Huyen Le said not to send it. I called her again and left a message for her to call me back to confirm this matter. Dr. Anne Huyen Le ignored my message and didn’t call me back. Okay, I got your message, Dr. Le. Why am I writing this message? Because I feel that when I spend money at Bellaire Optometry all associates smile and help me gratefully. When I have a problem no one will even try to assist me. They promise you this and that and they will NOT honor what they say and will refuse to help because it is not a purchase and there is no profit for them. Dr. Anne Huyen Le, the owner, will ignore you and will not help you for what she promises to do. I feel that customer service is provided only when they see $$$. I am writing this letter and express my dissatisfaction and anger about Bellaire Optometry. I promise I will NEVER buy anything from Bellaire Optometry. They have lost a potential customer. I want to you think TWICE before you shop with them because you will be treated the SAME way when you have a problem. You will be ignored when you have a problem and will get this message “there’s nothing I can do” or they don’t want to pay for shipping charge. This is the kind of “quality service” I received as a customer.

Bellaire Optometry was probably one of the best places that I have ever visited. I came in with no confirmed appointment, I understood the situation therefore did not ask for any services. However, Front desk assistants, Hanna and Tran were extremely nice. They understood that I needed my glasses before leaving Houston and actually offered to fit me in their jam packed schedule. I couldnt ask for more! Then,as I met their assistant and after talking to her, I found out that she only had 3 hours of sleep from the night before,yet she still performed her job with a vibrant smile and integrity. After that, I met Dr.Quan and was genuinely taken back by how informed and passionate he was. We discussed my vision and health as well as his experiences in full details. They totally made my day and Im so glad I trusted them.

Had such a great experience at Bellaire Optometry! They got me in the same day, were super friendly, and my tired eyes left wearing a brand new pair of perfectly fitted contacts. Dr. Le was so helpful and friendly, and was super thorough and accommodating! She has all the best, up to date equipment, and explained everything she was doing and the results of the tests she ran. Their office is comfortable and so beautiful! The entire staff is wonderful...especially Tran and Yen, who were both friendly and helpful. I never felt rushed, even though it was the busiest time of day. Id recommend Bellaire Optometry to anyone looking for an eye dr. Thanks for a wonderful experience, guys!!!

I Bol M Acien had been very excited with good customer services and compassion of Mr.Cuomg and Dr.Nguyen. Im also very please when Ms.Xuyen was taking care of me. She is search a great associat who make customer feel want to buy all the glasses in the store. Im very please with her approached and how she calmly explained the glasses situation and how the the look on me. I asked her with several questions and briefly went on telling me with full details with out doubt. Im very happy with the whole staff of Belaire optometry. Ive been coming here for over 15 years and things have only improved as time passes. Dr. Nguyen is extremely thorough throughout the exam process. He describes what abnormalities hes looking for and explains what things make your current eye condition healthy or not. Front desk and glass fitting services are also exemplary. The ladies of Bellaire Optometry really personalize the experience to find what the best product combination is and what will have the best value. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an experience where you dont feel like just a number.

I was looking for a new office to get my annual exam. The staff was very efficient and friendly in setting up my appointment and my new patient procedures. Dr. Nguyen was very knowledgeable and honest during the exam. I really appreciated how he took the time to guide me through the exam and provided me with genuine advice/recommendations. I will definitely be staying with Bellaire Optometry and I highly recommend for anyone looking for a new office to give them the opportunity to impress you like they did to me!

I normally have my mom with me to handle all the payments and etc., but Dr. Nguyen was so helpful and explained everything in an easy way to me and made an effort to ask how I was doing and remembered things about my life. Yen helped me pick out glasses that fit my face so well and I love them! She was also so patient in helping me choose my frames because Im indecisive, explaining the payment and also made an effort to ask me about my life! Look out real world, Im slowly becoming more of a real young adult.
