Been going to Dr. Wiebelhaus since I can remember. Randy was always very good with my sister and I as kids and as adults. Today, though, I have to give his office staff some gold stars, too. I got my Ray Bans fitted with new lenses at their office on my birthday a week ago. They are awesome - until yesterday when I stepped on them (long story, Im not usually a clumsy person...). The cable holding the right lens was busted. The frames were bent pretty solidly. Not completely destroyed, but to a point where I didnt think they could be fixed. I took them up to the office and they nicely fixed the glasses to a point where I cant really tell that my foot went through them! The frames arent 100% perfect but after having 225lbs of sweaty, half-asleep yeti-man stomping through the lens, I dont expect perfection. The office staff is always very nice, but this seemed above and beyond to me. 5/5 stars, will keep going back.

I absolutely love coming here! The staff is so friendly, especially the lady at the front desk, whos also the one that answers the phone when you call for an appointment. Shes always willing to work me in the schedule late, because of how late I get off work - and theyre never rude or act like Ive inconvenienced them even then! I love it. I was running late for my last appointment, and instead of rescheduling me, or telling me to rush over, they just took my contacts reorder straight from the phone! Luckily they had all my current information, so when I went in to pick them up, I was able to consult with the doctor and be on my way! Totally recommend them to everyone whos reading this!

My wife and I love Randy. He is a good Christian man and we like to support his business. He is very courteous and consults well with our myriads of questions. He seems to be a bit understaffed but then again, thats kind of a good thing because the last thing you want is to be called back to the exam room only to not see the doctor. Here, you see him when youre called back.

Their chairs in the waiting room are super incredibly comfortable! The staff was really nice and they were very informative. I was really impressed with their technology. I was expecting to have my eyes dialated but they have new tech that avoids that. I got a really cool picture of my eyes too. It was interesting and a very quick process/visit.

Dr. Wiebelhaus and his staff go above and beyond what is expected to ensure each customers needs are met. His staff is exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly. I have tried other places to get a better deal but always come back to the quality provided here.
