Best place ever !!! Dr Loveless took so much time explaining everything to me ,and the whole staff is just amazing ,, it been a month now since my first visit with Dr Loveless I got my dentures yesterday ! They look AMAZING , and best part they feel Wonderful !! I had been struggling with awful fitting dentures I was told well that was just the way it was ,I was so depressed about the way my dentures looked and fit I couldnt talk or smile anymore ,, then Wow I was referred to Dr Loveless , by a visiting dentist from Dallas he told me if anyone could make me a denture that would fit it would be Dr Loveless the first visit I knew I was finally at the right place !!! He talked to me for a long time I felt like I was his only patient which I knew I wasnt ,,, it took 5 visits to get my Beautiful new dentures but so worth the wait , not only does he know what hes doing its not just job for him he CARES ABOUT YOU and it shows ,, now thanks to him I have a beautiful smile again !!!! And fit that I thought was impossible !! I would recommend him to anyone !!! Thank you so much Dr Loveless!!

All the staff at Yellow House are very friendly and knowledgeable. From the ladies at the front desk, Jennifer and Lauren to everyone who worked with and on me, including Dr. Ricks himself and his assistant, Brenna. Also Cory, the hygienist, is really good . She was gentle and friendly. Because of my work schedule it was a little difficult to find a day that I could get loose to make an appointment. That didnt faze Jennifer, she continued to call me until we found a time that worked for me. I was thankful she was so helpful. I had to have an old filling removed and a crown fitted. I was a little nervous, but Dr. Ricks reassured me and after I calmed a bit, he proceeded. The old filling was removed successfully and a new crown was made and fitted the same day. The technology at their office is very current and effective. Dr. Ricks interacted with the 3D scanning and milling machine that made the crown like a pro. The device made the crown in about 20 minutes. It fit like a dream. I have found my dentist for life. I will recommend this office to anyone who needs dental work.

I LOVE Yellow House Dental because they truly care about their patients overall well-being. I was nervous my first visit because of bad experiences with other dentists, and they immediately eased my fears by giving me the power to tell them what I wanted done with my teeth, as opposed to them telling me what they were going to do. Every visit feels like Im catching up with my family. Cori is such a positive dental hygienist, always trying to encourage and spread joy to everyone she interacts with. She listens to all of my concerns, answers my questions, and provides me with the materials I need for a healthy mouth. Dr. Ricks does great work and cares about his patients. I had emergency dental work done outside of Lubbock, and he wanted to make sure it was good quality work, even though it was not his responsibility. As a grad student, its difficult to pay for dental work; however, the quality of care I receive every time is well worth every penny. Thank you, Yellow House Dental, for joining me on my journey to making my smile healthy again.

My experience at the Yellow House Dental and Implant Center was amazingly excellent, especially when compared to my experience at the dental clinic I had been using. The difference has been like night and day. Dr. Loveless is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor who personally works with you every step of the way at every visit. He has taken great care to meticulously create a near perfect set of dentures to fit my very imperfectly shaped mouth. He listens to me, is never condescending, and he always gives me encouragement with an "I can fix that" attitude. I would recommend him to anyone expecting a set of natural looking, comfortable, and functional dentures. The entire office team at Yellow House has treated me like family, and that my comfort and satisfaction was very important. Unlike my first poorly fitting denture set made at the chain dental clinic on Slide Road, I no longer have to remove my dentures to eat, I can speak clearly, and I feel like smiling again because my dentures feel good and look good.

Dr. Kurt Loveless came recommended by two of my native Lubbock friends. He has 30 years experience in dentistry and I was impressed with his hobbies - hes a pilot and a photographer - but I was awestruck with the technology he used to build a couple of crowns for me. First, using a picture of my mouth and some 3D imaging software, I watched as he created a model of the crown on a screen in front of me. Next he sent the image from the computer screen to 3D printer (about the size of a small microwave) located in room about 20 feet away. In a few minutes my new crown was precisely milled from a ceramic material to match the image. After confirming the fit, Dr. Loveless cured the crown in a small oven, cooled it, and installed it in my mouth. Then I went to an early lunch.

This place is so great with incredible employees. Although it was my first time, I was in and out in no time. The staff behind the desk were friendly and went above and beyond to help me get scheduled with an oral surgeon. Tiffany and Cori were just down right amazing. These ladies were super fun and I enjoyed there tips and, of course, their conversation. Everyone was so easy to talk to and asking questions was such a breeze!! Dr. Ricks is absolutely amazing. He was patient with my questions and he explained everything perfectly. Overall, I love how relaxed and nonstressful Yellow House is. I felt like they actually wanted to know me and they took the time out to do just that. I really appreciated the whole experience! (:

I was so lucky to find Dr. Loveless. Broke a denture and called a dentist who did not fix dentures but the lady who answered the phone said "If you were my Mother this is who I would send you to". She was so right, not only did Dr. Loveless see the problem he saw other problems I had suffered with for 10 years. I received beautiful new dentures and now have two new implants on the bottom to hold in the dentures. The best decision I have ever made. No more dentures moving on the bottom, would recommend, love them. Thank you for your updated work you bring to your patients. Thank you to you and your staff for making us feel like your friend.

I absolutely love Dr. Loveless and would recommend any of my close family and friends to come here! Dr. Loveless has been my dentist since I was in high school. I still remember when I had to have a root canal and his sweet wife Paula coming in and held my hand throughout the whole procedure! Seriously, the most caring and loving office! I now live in Houston and work as a dental hygienist and still travel to Lubbock for any dental treatment. Most recently, Dr. Ricks replaced an amalgam filling for me with a composite- he did an awesome job! And not to mention, the hygienist, Cori, is fabulous! Really everyone should be going here!!
