I went there because my tooth hurt real bad. I had an abcess on my left lower molar. Due to the severity of the infection my tooth would not get numb in order to extract the tooth. The dentist tried for an hour to pull my tooth. She yanked so hard she had my chin cupped in the palms of her hand. It wasnt until Dr. Song came in and told her it was too infected and to stop trying to pull it. He sent me with a 10 day antibiotic and 5 days of pain meds. They did not schedule me back to get the tooth extracted until 3 WEEKS LATER. I was in excruciating pain for the remainder of the time and Dr. Song refused to get me in earlier or extend my pain meds so I could get any relief. Unprofessional and non caring. I am searching for a new dentist as we speak!

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. When I made my appointment I was told it would be an easy cleaning. However when I arrived I was told I had to get multiple other procedures that were going to cost over $130. They never told me any of this on the phone and when I suggested in the future they should they told me it was common sense and that it was MY fault for not knowing. Instead of them telling me. I was still going to continue with my appointment but then the reception LIED to my face telling me she didnt answer my call when the records in their system said she did. They were RUDE UNAPOLOGETIC and took NO RESPONSIBILITY for their actions. I will NEVER go back.

My daughter and grandson both went to Bliss Dental and they highly recommended it. They both were very impressed with Dr. LaMonica. I scheduled an appointment and was very pleased with the front staff. They were very informative and explained what my insurance would pay etc. I was also very impressed with Dr. LaMonica. He explained everything he was doing during my procedure. His assistants were also very kind and very gentle. I have highly recommend Bliss dental to my family and friends. My overall experience was great!

My partner and I made a visit for a general cleaning, whitening, and future treatment. We were so very warmly greeted and welcomed by everyone! The front desk staff were charming and very chill - kept us laughing, but were very detailed in explaining our insurance benefits. We both saw Susan as our hygienist - she was excellent. Dr. Seung was amazing, kind, and sensitive to our needs. We look forward to going back.

Due to our insurance we were limited to providers. We came to Bliss to begin treatment for a broken tooth. Everyone here has been friendly and helpful. I can honestly say they get you in quickly. The doctors are very informative. There is a language barrier but they speak slowly and you are able to understand everything. I feel that our family will get good dental care here.

Once you come in, you will be welcomed by nice front desk staffs. I received well-experienced care from nice dentists. Doctor Susan did a very great job on my teeth regarding a deep cleaning. She is very dedicated and thorough. Doctor La Monica is very nice. He did a very great job in numbing teeth. Will recommend Bliss Dental to friends.

Horrible place - This dental office committed fraud and are now under investigation. If you choose to go here your information will quite possibly be compromised as mine was. I was never a patient but they took my card information and without my authorization charged over $1,600 against my credit card!
