Kyras review is spot on. I came from Colorado Springs because Id heard good things... I went in twice, once for checkup, once to do a cleaning. During the cleaning they told me theyd have to put a request into my insurance for a deeper cleaning, and stopped mid-way. They sent me home, and told me that when my insurance approved the deeper cleaning, theyd get me back in. After 3 months, and 3 declined requests from my insurance, Prestige Dental quit doing business with me. The very next dentist I went to did everything in one visit, and was very passionate when explaining that there was no way that real dentists thought I needed an expensive deep cleaning. I will never go back... not only were the employees poorly trained, they were trained to try and pinch as much money from you as physically possible. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Everybody is very nice and professional but theres this front desk lady who always screws up. Shell try to blame me for missing our appointment when she should of cancelled it because they referred us to a specialist. Shes very rude and arrogant and tries to give me a speech on dental hygiene. Shes kind of imbalanced if you ask me. Why do you have the most arrogant rude women as your receptionist? I cant be the only one getting the brunt of her hostility.

Wonderful staff, very friendly. (Except for denture specialist). He doesnt listen and cannot do realistic teeth no matter how much you pay him. I saved for 3 years to get my teeth done and I am unhappy with the result. Find a better denture specialist is my reccommend. That has better material and a better attitude.

Prestige Dental is AWESOME!. They made my visits as painless and worry-free as they possibly could. I will never go anywhere else for my dental work. I would highly recommend Prestige to anyone looking for a dentist. Shaundene, Lisa, Danny, Lacey and Dr. Shanahan will take great care of all your dental needs.
