I recently contacted Dr. Loozes office regarding a 3 year old crown that he had done for me that needs to be replaced. My new dentist suggested that I contact him when she found an open margin, since crowns should last much longer than 3 years. Her office offers a 5 year warranty on their crowns. Dr. Looze informed me that he could not cover my crown under warranty since I hadnt followed up with him every 6 months to "keep an eye on it." I moved to a new state and have been seeing a new dentist, so Dr. Looze cant cover my crown under warranty because "a lot of different things can go wrong with crowns". Originally they requested that I send my records to them, but promptly called my back (3 minutes later) to inform me that it wouldnt be covered under warrantly...without seeing a single dental record or doing an exam. Shame on you Southlands Dental. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone and am very disappointed in the services that they have failed to provide.

Left after being a patient for 25 years, seeing them every six months or more, for 25 years! I drove across town to be seen there and he did not participate with our insurance and charged more than my friends paid at their dentists. In other words, I was a loyal, longstanding patient. When I requested my records be sent to my new dentist, no one asked why I was leaving or even cared. If they had, maybe they would have learned a little something about maintaining long term relationships with loyal patients. In the end, it turned out great. My new dentist is just down the street very personable, and more in line, price wise, with other dentists.

I was referred by a family member to Dr Looze office when I lost my dentist. I put it off for months and then thought I would give him a try. I was sorry I waited so long! Dr Looze is awesome and very thorough. He fixed an old crown that gave me trouble with a gap. My previous dentist re did it 3 times! Dr Looze custom made it and it is perfect! He has an awesome staff also, very pleasant and are very thorough also! You must give him a try!

I have been a patient of Dr. Looze since I was 5 years old, everyone that works there has seen me grow up and to this day I still love going there and they always take really good care of me. If youre looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend Southlands Dental because no matter what I know you will be happy when you leave.

After not seeing a dentist for several years due to bad experiences, a friend referred me to Dr. Looze. He was very thorough with what was going on and what needed to happen to get everything back to normal. Hes very knowledgeable and the staff is amazing! I drive a long way to go here and have never looked back!

My daughter had an issue with her implant. We asked if Dr. Loose could cosmetically repair the problem. Long story short, he didnt fix it and charged an outrageous amount.
