This place is HORRIBLE. Dont waste your time setting up an appointment with this location. First, I called in for an appointment for a root canal which was 12:00. I didnt get seen until 2 hours later just to be told that the doctor cant see me and I need to reschedule. I give the girl at the desk the paper for the root canal and she tells me she cant find my name. Then proceeds to tell me am I sure my name isnt something else which pissed me off. She tells me my next appointment is at 10:00 and I get a call to confirm an appointment at 12:00, which had me confused again. I get there at 12, wait 1.5 hrs later to be told the doctor can only do half my procedure, because they dont see where I was set up for a root canal only a check up ! Are you f********* serious. I am never coming back to this unprofessional place ever again. Waisted damn near 4 hours of my time.

This clinic is bad. They have at any given time 6 women working the counter and they STILL cant verify insurances. And GOD help ya if you have MEDICAID or State Insurance. Came in with a CERTIFIED STATE DOCUMENT WITH A STATE SEAL PROVING I WAS INSURED and the little nazi at the counter STILL REFUSED to accept that as proof because it wasnt in her computer. After a nearly heated legal argument she was told by whom Im assuming was a supervisor,to accept the apointment. The counter help is rude and only worried about getting paid upfront before services...The Dentist and Assistant are nice and friendly and very professional and its a shame their practice has to suffer due to poor attitudes at the front desk.

This place is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! 1st. My appointment was at 10:30 I didnt get called to the back til 12:45 then had to still wait over 30 mins for the doctor to come in. smh She was in and out the entire til I didnt walk out of that place til after 2:30pm 2nd. The doctor was trying to pull my tooth the medication to numb it didnt work I kept feeling the pain. she was very rough and impatient and didnt care about the pain i was in nor did she care to answer any of my questions. Everything was rushed and very unprofessional I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN..............

The front desk great service but the dentist was rude he didnt has patience with children he treat my 9 years old very bad he hurt him putting the anesthesia my son told him He was in pain and he just shout open your mouth like nothing happened it was the worst experience I had at this location I would never come back by the way He didnt give me his name the only thing hes African-American.I am not saying that all dentist there are bad I am just telling my bad experience with that doctor.

This has been the worse dental clinic i ever experience .. Clerk literally talking out loud about and explaining the client his insurance where I can hear everything talk about .. Everybody know your business ... I had been here for over an hour which I never experience this in my life having kids and seeing dentist for years I have never never waited 2 hours just to get taken to the back to wait some more .. This business should shut down or totally new management

This is the most horrible dental clinic Ive been to! I took my daughter 3 time for help and they refused to do anything. The 3rd time the dr said it was a follow up that he scheduled when i called a day before to set the appointment and specifically asked for someone else. We waited over 2 hours for him to give me a phone number. I hate this place i will never come back again.

Never coming back AGAIN!! I asked multiples time would I be able to have my teeth done here and they said YES every time! Get to my appt 30 mins early and it took me 2 hours to be seen, just for the "doctor" to tell me she didnt have the ability to do it.... Then why are you the doctor?? Total waste of time, gas, and preparation the appt! Never again!

I went to the The Dental Clinic and the dentist was so rude. I walked in the dentist didnt speak to me. I would never go back to this place. The worst service ever. The only thing true was that I was in and out. The dental assistant was very nice but I could tell the dentist did not want to wait on me.

I have been here twice & i didnt have a bad experience. I wont say it was AMAZING but they took care of my needs. The wait wasnt long at all..i dont know if insurance plays a role in how they treat you but i was in & out both times..once on a weekday & then on a saturday. All in all im going back

Disappointing , one of the dentist did not explain anything ,did a bad job twice and I got charged double Im getting charged twice and the front desk was terrible have an appointment at 10 and they got me waiting all the way to 12 oclock last time I stepped on her foot on the place

Ive been coming here for years along with my kids and Ive never had any issues. I like that they call you every 6 months to remind you that its time for a check up.
