This place we have been going to for quite a few years now and have been happy until my son had his wisdom teeth extracted, little did we know we were lied to by the staff about the insurance approving the procedure that I waited months to have done just to make sure it was approved and would be certain it was covered. If that isnt bad enough, they sent us to collections while waiting for the appeal Ive had to file numerous times with the insurance company...pretty cruel and upsetting to say the least, so very disappointed in these people...They also told my daughter she needed her last two wisdom teeth out, but after a 2nd opinion, that is totally not the case, I believe they just wanted more money out of us...now I wonder if my son even needed his out in the first place! Would not recommend going here, they are dishonest, incompetent and unreliable...highly unsatisfied!!!

My husband was told he needed $500 in dental work after our dental insurance. They wanted to money upfront. Like I have that type of money laying around. They said they could do small parts at a time but still have to have the money. We lost our insurance shortly after and wasnt able to go back but now they call non-stop. We havent been back in a year now. I got a call last month from them just to say happy birthday ugh. Then a couple days ago to ask when they can do the work. Still dont have extra money laying around. Normally people just take the hint after multiple calls of straight to my voicemail. They call so much from two different lines I have remember the number. Hopefully we get dental insurance soon so we can get the work done if not we will be forced to take our business with comfort dental who does payment plans. Atleast they understand Im not rich.

*The staff is very pleasant although they push expensive dental products on you. *I dont have much faith in their skill level (mid-procedure they sent my husband to a different dentist at a different building/location because they could not handle the dental issue theybegan with him). *BEWARE of their billing department. For some reason they attempted to submit a charge to my insurance a year after the appointment. They told me that what my insurance didnt pay Id be responsible for. My insurance is denying the claim because it was submitted too late. Theyre sending it through a secondary insurer (who will also deny the claim) and will eventually be sending me bills for the entire amount per a conversation with the people that handle their billing (over $500!!). Seems I shouldnt have to pay if I wasnt the one that submitted the bill to insurance too late.

Great dental staff very friendly and knowledgeable of practices. But like comments mentioned billing department is incompetent and so far from organized in the front desk area. I never write reviews but when I go to a dentist prepared to pay and Im told I owe little or nothing and months later receive a bill for way more, it is unacceptable, their incompetence it is annoying. Being told Id be contacted after things were resolved and never was, being told I owe money that I tried to pay upon the time of the appointment but was advised not to is just ridiculous. Pathetic if you ask me. Nothing was resolved I called and Im still getting one price on the bill in the mail and another from the billing staff. I will be going to another dentist from this point on! Highly unsatisfied customer.

Ive been going to Cherokee Dental for about 7 years. They are always polite, helpful, efficient, and have terrific dentists there. Ive worked with them all. Last year my 3 year old had a chipped tooth and they were so good with her, she didnt even feel the shots and acted like it was no big deal. I was worried she would tolerate them, but they were completely sensational. Every time Ive needed work done they have been great with me too, (which isnt very often but I do go in for cleanings twice a year). I moved to south Denver but I still commute to them because I trust them. Ive had bad dentists and good dentists before. But Cherokee trail are simply the best dentists around.

Today was different from my normal experience. As us usually the front desk staff greeted me in a very friendly, professional manner. However when I was taken in for my routine teeth cleaning neither staff that worked with me introduced themselves or were very friendly during the entire process. The staff I normally have clean my teeth always greet and remind me of their names, engage with me during the entire process by letting me know what they are doing and why. Today I did. It experience this. Having said this, I will make sure to schedule with my regular person next time to make sure I receive the highest quality of care that they always provide.

I havent been to the dentist in awhile and was in the market for a new one because my dentist relocated. I took my kids here first and they LOVED IT. It is a very kid friendly environment, as well as family oriented environment. The staff was extremely friendly and was more than happy to be accommodating to the needs we had. As well, they are open late and on Saturdays (most of them) and this makes scheduling very easy. Along with all that, if you commit to your teeth cleaning appointments, they give you a teeth whitening plan for free (some restrictions apply). Thanks for the great experience CT Dental Care

These people are incompetent. We had an appointment set up for early morning and we get there to find out somebody had switched our appointment to another day and they were not willing to do anything to help us out. All they could say was that it was changed so stick to that time. So not only are they incompetent and cant use a simple computer system to track appointments, but they cant and will not work with you to rectify a mistake that they made. Do not go here because you will be only be disappointed, like almost any other dentist.

Cherokee Trail Dental is a fantastic dentistry practice. They are efficient, professional and extremely caring. I have had extensive procedures over the years with excellent results and felt they really were concerned about my well being and reduced my pain and discomfort to the lowest level possible! I would recommend these dentist professionals to all ages. My family will always be customers. Your missing out if you choose another practice to work with!

Though the initial waiting room time was a bit long it was worth the wait: Malisa had a very gentle hand during the cleaning, Dr. ODonnell was careful to explain what and why I needed another procedure and was able to fit me in the next day to accommodate my travel schedule, and Heidi did an excellent fitting of my temporary crown. The staff within the office was friendly and helpful to each other and professional and kind to those they serve.

Cherokee Trail Dental is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. Their staff is friendly and accommodating. I have a busy schedule and had to keep pushing back my appointment and they were able to help me out every time. I went in this last time for two fillings and I was in and out in about an hour with absolutely zero pain or hassle. I tell everyone who needs a dentist to go here, you wont regret your decision.
