Dr. Merrano is amazing. However her staff needs revamped. The long blond in the front desk is always a jerk no matter if on the phone or in person. A sick baby who has had a spike in fever after being sick for a week does not need to wait a day or two to see the doctor. Also when that mom with that sick baby walks in you DO NOT need to say well you may have to wait for a long time. We have other appointments and she wont even be here till 9. Yes I get that...really woman!!! How about be nice and say something like I am sorry she is sick, we will work you in as soon as we can. The doctor arrives at 9. This is not the first indecent with this awful lady!! In my opinion she needs to go and not work with the public!!!

I love dr medrano but her employees are rude. I have taken all 4 of my children to her for 17 yrs & i am so sick of calling to make an appointment with them & they have to always be so rude & even when i go in. QUIT BEING SO RUDE TO PEOPLE.
