Horrible place!! I do NOT recommend!! First they tried to say the didnt take my insurance... I called my provider and they were in network... I tried to give the lady that first tried to help me my phone with my insurance on the phone... She didnt want to take the call so another lady took it. I finished filling out my paper work and a "manager" came out and said I would have to pay up front for anything that was not "covered." I called my insurance back and they told me I did not have to pay anything out of pocket while at the appointment and that anything not covered would be billed to me... All I was doing is getting my daughter her shots for school... I took my phone to the manager to talk to my insurance company... She didnt want to hear it... After that the ladies in the office had major attitudes. Once I got to the actual doctor things went a little smoother. My appointment was for 1:30 and I did not leave the office until 4... Avoid this place at all costs!! If my daughter didnt have to have shots for school I would have left...

My scheduled appointment for my son was at 3:30. We had an HOUR AND A 1/2 wait time before we even got called back and then had to wait some more!! We did not end up leaving the office until 5:40!! I have a strict schedule that I need to keep and as a result of the horrible wait I was behind schedule and almost caused my husband to be late to work!! I nearly walked out without any paperwork or anything after my son was FINALLY seen. When the doctor finally came in the room she started to ask me all of the same questions that were on the paperwork that I had already completed. She was asking again to complete her online portal there in the room. When she was done with that and ready for the actual exam she had to stop and call in a nurse because she accidently DELETED the online form that she just filled out and had to have the nurse come in to do it all over again!! I really am not sure if I will ever go back to that office again. Very poor experience.

I just want to say the receptionist at the front desk are always so rude. Everytime i go here they dont ever greet. instead they just look at you wih a stupid look on their face looking lost. like HELLO a patient just walked in, are you going to say anything??? all I have to tell the receptionist, and yes the three girls at the front. Dont take your jobs for granted, dont ever get too comfortable especially to the point where youre rude to the patients/customers. we are the ones thats helping keep your job/facility up and running so you can continue to get paid. Learn how to speak and quit acting like a lost puppy when people walk in. you make them feel uncomfortable.

Literally the only time my son has been seen by her is for his wellness check ups. He had RSV during the winter when he was 5 months old. She finally got us in and said "just get a vaporizer and keep him elevated when he sleeps." She didnt run any tests. Just listened to his breathing and told us that. The next day he was significantly worse. Couldnt stop coughing. I took him to the ER where they tested him for RSV and it was positive. And everytime something has been wrong with him I call to make an appt and they never answer and never return messages. I hate this place and I absolutely do not recommend bringing your little ones here.

Every time Ive gone here Ive had a HORRIBLE experience!!! I have never been seen in less than 2 hours of my scheduled appointment. Ive even been told that if I scheduled for the earliest appointment that I wouldnt have to wait and that was a lie. Secondly, the doctor refused to give my daughter her allergy injections due to the liability exposure but yet they have a glass coffee table in the waiting room... Let me remind you this is a pediatric office. Ive even seen small children playing on top of the glass table. The main problem though is the wait!!!!! Its HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

I dont know why the reviews are so low on here. I guess only angry people speak up. Dr Piantini has been our family Dr for 6 years. She is wonderful. I wouldnt trust my kids health with anyone else. She is knowledgeable, kind, caring, and always willing to listen. They have recently renovated the office and it looks great! We love our family Dr.
