If I could give this place less than 1 star I would.. Came in to get my son a sports Physical got put in the room at 9:00 am and still in the room at 10:10 it is a sports physical it should not take this long. Yet I can hear them continuing to bring people to the back forgetting about the ones that they already have in the rooms. I dont know if they need more help or to be reorganized but whatever the reason they need to do better. The employees talking about the series that they watched last night instead of attending to the patients. This is by far the worst Concentra Urgent Care that I have been too. Yet, I would just walk out and leave and go else where but I paid for the service before it was even fulfilled so I am stuck here...

Pathetic customer service, the women filling out paperwork are incredibly rude, they dont care about doing their job in a timely manner, complete negligence and awareness of who is waiting for what. Did I mention they are rude? The nurses in the back act like they dont want to be there. The doctor was the exception, he seemed knowledgeable and professional and ready to get me in and out as fast as possible to not waste time. Not sure whos in charge but they arent doing a very good job. Dont come here unless you ABSOLUTELY have to, and if you do, be ready to wait a long time if you arent bleeding on the floor. Slight exaggeration but Im sitting in the lobby still waiting to leave when I saw the doctor almost an hour ago.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! I wish it was possible to give no stars and still post a review. The wait time from check in to seeing a "doctor" was over two hours. The time with the "doctor" was about 60 to 75 seconds.... yes, seconds. The bed side manners of the "doctor" was pathetic. He was rude and definitely wanted to be somewhere else. Then after waiting another 20 min. to get my checkout form, there wasnt a diagnosis form filled out from said "doctor". I was told he went to lunch and Id have to wait another half hour before that was ready. This place should be the LAST place you should ever go to try and get help for anything that ails you.

Worst service ever of any concentra I live in mesquite or I wouldnt go there, but now I will be going to grand Prairie, sat in room for 4 hours waiting to see the DR. was told they usually have other providers helping out during the week but today was different.. And today they had no rooms available for DOT Physicals. This is the Same excuse they gave for the last 3 years.. Worst service ever!

Very few patients when I got here and it still took over 3hrs to do a physical. Actual physical may have took 10 minutes total. Very unorganized group. I remember going through the same thing last year, but thought they were having an off day.Apparently its the norm at this location. I would have to agree with everything everyone else have posted about this staff.

The only nice person in the office is the lady who calls to verify appointments..They messed up my appointment and left me sitting for an hour 2 times in a row..then they were rude to me like it was my fault..they need to get it together..however my Dr is nice a very professional too bad his staff doesnt take initiative to do the same.

Although the wait was long the counter attendance were patient and polite. They had a lot of people in the waiting area that day and I didnt have an appointment. If you know your gonna go make sure to make an appointment so you dont have to wait to long. I have another visit scheduled on Friday so we will see if its changed.

These people are so slow sitting in the the waiting room since 12 pm its now almost 4pm. I would advise no one to go here if you are in pain.... Car wreak back and neck hurting but still a full waiting room it almost seem like they are putting people ahead people bad place to go if u are hurting

This is the slowest place ever. Im only getting a DOT physical. I spent 15 minutes waiting to do half of the physical. Then went to the waiting room for 30 minutes to wait for a room and now while typing this I have been in this room for another 40 minutes. This is horrible service.

Worst place to ever get an employment physical ! Wont ever come to this location. Once I posted this review they also set their google page to say permanently closed so nobody could read the reviews or leave anymore. Now its back up to open. This place needs to be shut down.

Children playing with drug screen!. The male observer asked me to bend over and spread after he already looked under my testicles and penis. I turned around and bent. After giving a 2nd specimen the young man made if out that i refused and i did not!.

I honestly dont know why this location only have 2 stars I just went here for DOT physical and all the staff was very energetic, friendly and showed great customer service. I was in and out within an hour.

I dont feel the Dr really exams you well. I explained of the pain in my neck and the severe headaches. I was given ibuprofen. No xray nothing,still have headaches,and pain in my neck and side of my head.

Wait is always well over an hour and a half past the time of appointment. Doctors are not competent and do not listen to your questions or concerns. Very very poor customer service.

Avoid this place if you can, I have done drug screening in the past and it took less than 10 min, but i guess at this place you have to wait for an hour just to get pee in a cup.

I went for a 5 panel rapid test and the whole team lied to me saying the machine was fixed. To later tell me I need to wait two days for my results. Very unprofessional.
