Very thankful for this practice around my neighborhood. I can schedule visits for my daughter and I back to back with the same Doc. All three doctors Gonzalez, Chang and Salazar rock! The entire staff, from the ladies at the front desk, to the nurses in the back are awesome and super helpful and very organized. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating was for the bathroom, they werent disgusting but a little gross (I would suggest hiring an additional person just to do the cleaning at the end of the day- wipe down of reception chairs, bathroom, trash take out etc.- please dont make your awesome staff do this- they already do wonders for ya ).

Ive been bringing my kids since birth! Dr. Salazar is an amazing doctor, and when hes not available Dr. Cheng is amazing as he is. I have never had any issues with the front desk or the nurses. Just keep in mind for those who give it a bad review yall probably have gave an attitude before in your workplace or made a mistake? I know I have Im not perfect but I make mistakes and this staff is not as bad as how the other reviews make it seem. I have referred them to my family and friends and neither had complaints!!!!

My doctor Monica Gonzalez is absolutely amazing. Myself and all three of my boys go to her. Never have any problems at all. The office staff are never rude just really busy. But thats understable but once they wait on you they are friendly and try to help. Never place your life in one doctors hands they are human people and you can always seek other opinions from other doctors. Results that arent to your liking dont always equate bad service or bad doctors. Just a word of advice.

Both of my children have been patients at White Rock Family Health since they were born. In several visits, my children have not been diagnosed of their sickness (they cant seen to know what is wrong). Also, my daughter was prescribed the wrong medication, and I found this out after I took her to a dermatologist. I am extremely upset at the practice, and the way they to care of my children. I will not be returning with my children to this location.

Dr. Salazar and Dr. Cheng are great Doctors, the staff, they may need some education in customer service though, We have been going to them for a long time and Dr. Salazar is always willing to listen and see other options, work with my way of looking a sickness. He has been a great Dr. to my girls. I only want to see them thrive, but as I said, the front desk and staff need a little help.

Dr. Angel Salazar is our family Dr. He has taken care of my 2 year old son wife and I whatever the need may be. The office staff is friendly and caring. Straightforward and hard working. They worked with my rotten insurance which deserves a kudos in itself. Thank you guys for squeezing me in yet again and for always having my families best interests in mind!

I would leave no stars but I cant wouldnt recommend to anyone. They just take your money they dont care, anytime you have a problem they act like your faking. Been going to them for at least 5 years and has not gotten better finally will be leaving cant take it anymore. Worst service ever cant believe people in that profession would care so little!

I waited for 45 minutes without anyone letting me know that the doctor was backed up and wouldnt be able to see me. What is the point in making an appointment if you are not going to honor it? Terrible service and I would not recommend this grip of doctors to anyone.

I work with low income families and have been to clinics all over the city. I now use White Rock Family Health exclusively. The staff is compassionate, capable, and available. I appreciate everything about their work. Thank you White Rock Family Health!

Dr. Cheng is my doctor, and he is just absolutely amazing. He is good at listening and calmly delivers great advice. We have moved away from the area, but I make the trip back to White Rock Family Health because hes so unbelievably good. Five Stars!!
