1. long wait times despite having a scheduled appointment. This is true for the initial evaluation, lab collection, and follow-up appointments. Expect to wait more than one hour before being seen. 2. After waiting more than one hour after my appointment time, the manager told me to leave because the doctor will not see me. I was never offered to reschedule. I was then discharged without reason. 3. Do not expect the office to call you back after leaving messages. Do even ask for then to pass a message to the doctor, they will not. The doctor will not speak to you without an appointment. 4. Very rude staff. 5. The clinic has poor sanitation, and has an active bug infestation. Bugs EVERYWHERE. 6. I acquired a sinus infection from this clinic.

Unprofessional, Zero customer service, the Nurses act like they hate interacting with their patients. Ive been bringing my girls here for 4 years and today was it asthey had me waiting there for over an hour for my daughters shots when the clinic was aware that there had been a HOLD placed on their immunizations!!! No empathy was expressed to me as the heavy set nurse walked into our room and said, "We cant give her shots today youll have to go to the Health department" I asked her why wasnt I informed prior to wasting time and she just shrugged and replied, "Oh well Ive been too busy. " Trash Staff.

Staff is rude. The wait time is horrible. Customer service is terrible. Their hours only accommodate to their staff (closed all of spring break week) and is often closed. You are only seen by appointment and can take several days, if not weeks. When begging for walk-in appointments, they refer you to the emergency room. It does not financially make sense to go to the emergency room, if you only need to sign off on a prescription medicine for a condition you have. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Very rude staff member specially Kim Nguyen suppose to be in charge of refills who does a poor job and been doing that same mediocre job at the clinic her hold career. Does not know how to talk to a patient , goes word for word where she lose sight of issues going on, and very rude unprofessional. She is one of the reasons why clinic lose a lot of good patients. If she did her job as good as she argues, we would have one good worker that not case real sad

I have been to numerous doctors all around Dallas for my health issues and none have been as thorough as Dr. Thuy. She has wonderful bedside manners and spends a great deal of time getting to the root of the issue. Her holistic approach to medicine is truly refreshing and she honestly cares about improving your well being. She was referred to me by other patients that she helped and I am so glad that I finally found a doctor that I can trust!

Staff is not helpful at all. The wait time is horrible. Customer service is the worst. I had to change doctors because I took my daughter to get her vaccination for school and they didnt put it on the records so now I have to take her to another clinic where they can do their job right.This happened more then 3 time i was tired of it.
