Their waiting rooms are a complete disaster. Children and teenagers, with special needs or not, run and jump and throw stuff across the room while the staff hide in the back to text,eat, or avoid their job. Translators were not very experienced, staff do not seem professional when meeting with the kids, and they do not engage in therapy at all. The times my brother did meet with them was with a different member every time and only went through introductions and we never saw the same therapist twice to continue progress with his OT and speech. Would not recommend at all.

My son has been going here for about a year and some months he has all the same therapist, they all are sweet, the staff is very sweet if you ask for help they are helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody. My son is improving and has came along way from when he started also they get to know your kids as if they were they kids so I trust them. Keep up the good work you guys.
