I recently took a tour at this wonderful location Brookdale Lake highlands. I was greeted by warm and friendly staff, I was taken on a very detailed tour by the executive director who was so sweet and geniune she really cared about my concerns and wants for my mother, Jackie was awesome. This location was amazing and organized they truly left me with one of the best experiences Ive ever experienced. But pricing was a issue and we are working on getting through that mild stone so my mom can join this beautiful facility.

Horribly RUDE front staff people. Most disorganized place I have ever seen in my life. The front desk is extremely rude, the managers, the executive director, front staff care little to none about order and keeping the facility running smoothly. The only person that has any type of useful purpose there is Monica. She seems to be the only one who cares.

The staff is caring and helpful and know about the residents personally. It takes a while to completer repairs to walls and carpeting the the rooms. The food is adequate, but the residents say that it is salty or bland. A good administration that runs a nice facility.

My Mother moved into Brookdale Lake Highlands in April. What a wonderful experience we have had. Everyone I spoke with during the learning process was so helpful. Jackie, the Executive Director is wonderful, Caria, the nurse is wonderful. Love this place!

I love this community we toured for our dad , staff was very nice the overall feel of the building was amazing unfortunately my dad ended up moving to Houston with my sister but if he had of stayed we would have most deafening moved him in.
