I always set my appointments at 9am (when they open) and every time I, along with others in the waiting room, are waiting at least 15 minutes to be tended to. And the walls are thin so I always hear the staff having a meeting or something in the back. In any place of business that Ive worked at, you hold meetings OUTSIDE of business hours, not while youre open. I think thats a very poor choice since we always have to wait on THEM to be serviced. It defeats the purpose of me setting an appointment at 9am if none of the staff interacts with me until 10am. Its ridiculous. Also, the staff is very uninterested. Not friendly or caring or helpful. The doctor likes to talk a lot and spends very little time just getting to the point. Its not like shes spending all this time talking to me about my diagnosis or anything, she just wastes a lot of time just chatting about things that arent relevant. Thats irritating when you combine that with the fact that each time I visit I have to wait at least an hour to be seen in the first place. I dont want to spend MORE time listening to the doctor just chit chat. Its very inconsiderate and everyone in the building is seemingly unaware of how much time they waste. And maybe this is just a negative experience that Ive had, but MAKE SURE that the doctor knows WHY she is prescribing meds to you. I came to her stating VERY CLEARLY what my concerns were and she prescribed something (that didnt work) and on my next visit I told her it didnt work. And she said, "It didnt help with your depression?" I was QUITE confused since my visit with her previously was NOT to address depression of any sort. I never spoke of having depression. Yet she THOUGHT that I did. It seems kind of silly and EXTREMELY unsafe when the staff AND doctor ask all these questions and write down everything you say just for them to MAKE UP something in the end. What if she had prescribed me a depression med that made me sick?? She didnt even know why the heck she had prescribed it to me! So just make sure that SHE KNOWS what your ailment is and MAKE SURE that youre on the same page. Also, there was some very shady stuff going on with her procedures and I believe that she at one point tried to skip some steps or take the easy way around things. I work in a pharmacy and she tried to reassure me by saying "You work in a pharmacy. You know how these things work." True. Which is why I had a bad feeling and was confused with the way she was operating. I think these people are very unprofessional and do the bare minimum to get by. Unfortunately, due to my insurance plan, I have to keep seeing her until the end of the year until I change insurance. Ive invested too much time to this place so changing doctors now would be a pain but it would still probably be worth it. Dont come here unless you have PLENTY of time to be wasted and are okay with being treated like trash instead of like a decent human being that is paying this stupid place money.

My children and I are long time patients of Dr. Favroth. Through the years I have learned to trust this doctor. She is brilliant and stays abreast of new research. Her accuracy in diagnosis and understanding of patient/ family needs is second to none. This doctor works with you to find the best solution or resolution to your health issues. She is honest, kind, and takes time to answer your questions, regardless of her patient load. I also appreciate that she will give you a referal if needed without wasting valuable time. While improvement may be needed in the amount of wait time, please remember Dr. Favroth is kind enough to take children as a walk ins. Possibly saving parents from an emergency room visit. We have benefited from this service. A slight change in perspective would help one realize that receiving quality care is most important. Thats what this doctor offers. #mydoctorcares

Love Dr.D. Favroth Staff on the other hand needs phone etiquette Im not sure if Dr. F is aware of her staff . Heres a few tips for them . Whether at work, at home, or on your mobile phone, here are 8 solid telephone etiquette tips everyone should be displaying at all times. Always identify yourself at the beginning of all calls. Be sensitive to the tone of your voice. ... Tip: Sit up in your chair or stand during the conversation. A) When in the office, always answer a telephone by saying: “Hello/Good Morning, Accounting Department, Steve speaking.” If you must interrupt the conversation, say to the person, “Please excuse me for a moment I’ll be right back.” And when you return, say, “Thank you for holding.” Have a smile on your face on the phone weather you dont like your job !

my 1 star is not for the Doctor herself, but for her staff. I find it very difficult to get anyone on the phone at the office, and if I leave a message, I never get a call back. When I finally do get someone to pick up the phone it is a very RUDE boy. He likes to argue with the patients, and tell them that he doesnt have time for this... This is not the office to go to if you are looking for a patient friendly environment. Like I said, I have no issues with the doctor, but you cannot see the Dr without going through her staff first.

This has to be the absolute worst office I have ever visited. They make it so hard and almost impossible to schedule appointments. I advised the man who was assisting me that I could not take off work to come sit in there all day because the last time I came I was in there for approx 5 hours. I sat in the lobby for 3 hours waiting and I had an appointment which caused me to have to take off from work the entire day. They guy asked me why wont your job let you off. Not professional.

She is the best doctor, and really take pride in making sure what ever issue you have, is resolved. She truly care about your kids. I am so glad to call her my doctor and my children. She definitely goes above and beyond, If it wasnt for her my daughter will not be here, because she was not going to give up until she can get to the bottom of to my daughters medical mystery. Especially when all doctors have up.

This is the worst medical clinic Ive ever been to. Dr. Favroth and her staff is rude and unprofessional. The medical review board need to go to that place and shut them down. Very unclean, my 1st visit was my worst visit and my last visit. I feel like shes just out for the money and not the health state of the patients. Is anyone certified or licensed in that office???
