Used clinic to get flu mist vaccine. Paid $31.99 cash at time of visit. One week later received bill for $15.00 "Admin Fee". Called clinic and woman I spoke to said they are aware of the $15.00 charge and just ignore fee since we paid cash "it is a fee we charge insurance patients". I questioned why they are billing an addl fee for insurance patients and she was very vague and said it was a billing error on behalf of corporate. The $15.00 fee shows in their system, but she was unaware patients were getting billed for it. I will not be using this clinic in future for any services.

Went for a sinus infection today. I tried to go to the one on Eldorado but the wait time was 97 minutes. When I checked the website this clinic only had a twelve minute wait. After the same exam and questions I would have gotten from my doctor I received a detailed report, advice on how to treat, and a prescription was sent to the in-house pharmacy. The NP was friendly and professional. I was in the store for an hour between the exam and filling the prescription.

I was told by the customer service number there was only an 18 minute wait at this location and to just walk in and register at the kiosk. Well I drove all the way over there only to find the clinic roped off and nobody there, it was around 4pm so well after the designated lunch break. A Target employee walking by told me noone showed up today and sometimes that happens. What a waste of time.
