My hubs visited here awhile back and saw Dr. Masse. He was great, my hubs had a herniated disk, did a through assesment and he also talked to him about his issues with panic attacks while traveling and how he has been on every antidepressant/antianxiety med with really horrible side effects. He let him know klonpin (though a narcotic) that he can take just as needed at the lowest dose possible does the best to calm him when he feels one coming on. Dr. Masse prescribed him klonpin with no issues. (Of course as a nurse myself, given a through assesment its pretty easy to tell whos a drug abuser and who is legit.) So fast forward today, we go in and see a nurse practioner, my hubs took off work let them know the reason he is being seen and first off like above reviews the wait is awful then we moved into a room where we could hear them talk about my hubs and other patients right outside the door. If thats not a hippa violation i dont know what is!! So next the Nurse practioner comes in, he states what he is in for and how he was given klonopin before and she says hold on walks out. We hear her ask about pulling his old records...(did you seriously come see a patient and not even look at their previous history??) so she comes back in and says I cant prescribe klonopin but I can start you on paxil. (So, no questions asked your just ready to start him on an antidepressant type med routinely, thats scary) I suppose a more through assesment would have allowed you understand why he was asking about the klonopin due to the other meds side effects instead of running out the door. I understand its a narcotic but hes asking for the lowest posible dose, shoot drug test him if your that concerned. So, we ask if the Dr. is there they tell us no we can reschedule for monday when he is. Ok, honestly he already took off work not going to do it again and as a nurse practioner you work under the lincense of a Dr. If she really wanted to help she could of called him and verified the okay to prescribe the med. Anyway at least they did refund the cost but what a waste!!

Went for throat issues was given strong antibiotics took for ten days now throat is worse than ever feels like closing up. The Dr that saw me this time was very rude and talked over me and did not listen to me when I tried to tell her my symptoms. I have wasted my money and still sick. I tried to go back this morning stood at counter for over 15 minutes and no one was even there. The Dr I saw before was a man and he was really good this other Dr is not very friendly or knowledgeable. Sucks because this place is close and convenient .UPDATE ....I did call back and get an appointment today and saw a different lady Dr. she said the other Dr. prescribed the wrong antibiotics and they would not be effective in treating my infection. So although Im grateful and hopeful that the new antibiotics will help Im still upset that I was caused more suffering and had to pay more money due to incompetence of the first Dr I saw. I never had issues with Dr Federico Maise. If you cant get a good Dr to stay here I dont think I will be returning . On another note I thought it was very unprofessional to play gangsta rap music over the loud speakers in the examination room complete with cussing and the "N" word. I hope they turn that off for children.

Suppose I should have known better. Made an appointment for today, seeing as Ive been sick on and off for the last month or so. They emailed me to confirm my appointment, telling me Id have to fill out some new patient paperwork, but not informing me of the required documents. After rushing my toddler out the house I had forgotten my wallet, I arrived at the clinic, the front desk lady was rude, acted as if I was wasting her time. She then informed me they would not see me without a form of ID. when I asked to reschedule, as I would not make it back in time for the original appointment, she told he "Okay, fine" and then asked what time would be okay. She rescheduled me, telling me Id get another confirmation email for the new appointment, never received one. Wont be going back. I take responsibility for forgetting my wallet, but this is the first time Ive ever been turned away from a scheduled appointment for not having my ID? Oh well.

I saw Ingrid on my first time around she was great. She told me to follow up in 2 weeks and they will give me 3 months of refills on the scripts she prescribed me. Went back in 2 weeks saw Kristen she advised me she cannot refill because it was to soon I told her I was told to come back in 2 weeks for follow up and I will be given scripts with 3 refills for the meds if they are working. Well needless to say I left without scripts paid $65 two times in a row. I have not gotton refill and Im out of the meds. Please be aware of this that it is very hard to get refills on any scripts from My clinic and Im not talking about controlled substance because I believe they cant do them. Im not sure what Im going to do I will call them next week and see what happens. I was told that Ingrid no longer works there so I dont know what to do now.

My husband went because he has a knot in his low back, Has numbess in his hands. We saw the NP betty. First off she came in saying she was the NP. She didnt have a bage on identifiying who she was or a white jacket. She had like an attitude she kept saying she couldnt feel the bump my husband was talking about like if we were making it up. So her solution was exercise. I didnt like her at all. I also went back because i needed a doctors note there was no receptionist at the front desk i literally waited about 15 mins. Medical assistants would walk by and ignore that i was there. Instead, of asking if i needed help. After the 15 mins i guess it was the manager who knows. She then asked if i had been helped. Horrible service reception wise and NP. Will not go back!

The Dr was great but the staff is atrocious. They are disorganized, loose track of patient order as well as which room patients are waiting in. Getting them to return a call is almost impossible. I didnt receive any confirmation call for my appointment and when I called to confirm they told me I needed to reschedule. Aparently the Dr has been out of the Office since last week but no call was made to notify me. I was given the Dr personal number and told to contact her. Now I have to figure out how to find a Dr to see me same day since I requested off from work. If they are as busy as they claim they need to expand staff to improve patient experience.

So, my first appointment was om Monday at 10:15am. I did not see the doctor until an HOUR AND A HALF later. I did not leave until almost 1pm after everything was said and done. I had to do a follow up appointment and am currently waiting for the PA to go over some results. It is now 8:55pm. My appointment was at 7:30pm. So, on Monday they told me they were running behind, tonights excuse-- theyre running behind. Needless to say I will NOT be returning after this visit. Why do they even have their patients make appointments if they are not going to honor them?
