Dr. Chapala is an amazing dentist. My last dentist messed up my teeth which scared me and I never went back to a dentist for the last 5 years. I came to Trident with an infected tooth and cleaning. I hate going to the dentist. No, really, I looooaaaathe having my teeth and gums poked. Oh, and then being subjected to that inevitable lecture about flossing more often and a video clip on the horrors of gingivitis. Its no wonder that I kept postponing my checkups... I went in expecting the worst and came out ready to make my next appointment. The staff is very professional, the space is classy, and everything ran on time. Dental x-rays are now digital...very cool. I guess I missed out on it with my last not-so-technologically-advanced dentist. Dr. Chapala actually sat down and gave me the time of day, which is not what my last dentist ever thought of doing. He answered my questions about wisdom tooth removal and presented his ideas clearly and intelligently. I think hes somewhat of an intellectual and academic. Very cool! My dentist is a nerd! He knows what hes doing! He clearly loves his field! I got my wisdom tooth extracted today and I didnt feel a bit. It tooth him literally less than 1 minute to pull my wisdom tooth. Fantastic work. Dr. Chapala is the first dentist that I have actually enjoyed meeting and my first visit wont be the last. Oh! There was absolutely no patronizing lecture about flossing and no animated video on gum erosion and tooth decay. And I almost forgot: they send you home with a little goodie bag of dental products. Sweet!

Worst dentist I have ever been to in my life...left me in more pain then before I even went in...clanks instruments against your teeth and overcharges...will be getting a quality dentist to repair the work I was overcharged to do...seek out a quality dentist with good reviews..I believe. Best dental office in Richardson! I lived in North Texas most of my life and bounced from dentist to dentist due to poor quality of work and astronomical pricing. Dr. Chapala and his staff are very professional and friendly. More importantly, they do great work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Staff was helpful and easy to schedule appointment. Dr Chapala did a great job of teeth exam, cleaning, x-Ray and whitening. Dr spent enough time to explain in detail about my cavities and suggested possible options to address it. I would love to continue my treatment at Trident Family dentistry!!

It was hard to find a good dentists office near me but this is pretty much where Im coming from now on. My wisdom tooth extraction took maybe 30 seconds and staff were grat. The front office service is friendly and they give you free whitening for PPO patients. No complaints! Great job guys

My experience with Dr Chapala at Trident dental has always been 5 Star. I have been with Dr Chapala for 1 year. He does excellent work and has come in on a Saturday to take care of a issue for me (and at no charge). Starbucks coupon has been resolved. Highly recommend.
