Ive been going to Dr. Allsup for about 4 years now and absolutely love her! She is kind and gentle. Before your exam she will come in and introduce herself before beginning, which is nice. She does her best to calm your fears and make sure youre informed about your care and options. They have an app to keep up with your labs, appointments and medications, which is great with staying on top of your care. I am pregnant and Dr Allsup has proven time and time again, how much she cares about me physically, emotionally and the health of my baby. One thing that I absolutely love is that she has done before and does her best to make it to every delivery. She truly wants to be there for you and give you the birthing experience YOU desire and deserve! Her nurse practitioner & midwife Samantha is amazing too! Very gentle and informative. I havent used her as a midwife but I dont doubt that she is amazing at that role too! The patience, compassion and interest in your health that they both exhibit is unparalleled to most doctors in San Antonio! Give them a try! The only reason I give 4 stars, is because their wait times can get long sometimes. At least it is worth the wait because Dr Allsup and Samantha will never rush you or make you feel as though youre an inconvenience.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Allsup for about three years now. Shes always been so kind and understanding. Theres been a select few times when she was out of the office unexpectedly and I had to see the mid wife, but other than that the staff is nice and the Dr. is great.
