His office management is trash. They didnt want to help. I had to call six times to get them to send a prescription. I asked for a appointment so I can be seen for extreme nausea, she said he wont see me until Im 10 weeks. I asked my primary doctor and he said the nurse can prescribe me one. So Naomi the nurse reluctantly did so. It took three days to process then when it finally was sent she Gave me my insurance wouldnt cover without a preauthorization sent from them. I told her they said they will cover zofran but not diclegis. So, instead of calling the front desk tells me I need to call my insurance and have them fax that form. I did, this was done all before lunch. I call back at 2 , nothing had been done with the form, I called back at 4 and they supposedly sent it and after I called my insurance they said they havent recieved anything of course however they said the Dr can send it directly to the Walmart pharmacy. So I call back and ask her to do so, then she tells me "wow thats weird because Ive never heard of that, youre lucky we are even doing this for you because we havent even seen you" FIRST I ASKED TO BE SEEN SECONDLY I WENT UP THERE IN PERSON DURING THE POSTED HOURS TO BE SEEN FOR PRESCRIPTIONS OR REFILLS I never even had a chance to see the Dr but he needs a better staff. Noami was the nurse who was so ugly to me. First encounter using covenant OBs.

The office staff are rude and incompetent. I was scheduled 2 months out and when they changed my appointment time and failed to tell me they shamed me for being late which I wasnt. Then they cancelled an appointment without telling me. It wouldnt have bee a big deal had they been respectful or even remotely nice. You could see their blood pressure raising just trying to make sure they blamed me for their mistake. The doctor has very poor bedside manners. The first time I seen him he kept making comments about how big I was. Then on a separate incident the staff gave me a cash pay quote for a different patient I was working with but they were off by $2,500 And again argued with me and had no understanding of their jobs. My overall impression of the staff is a bunch of uneducated little girls on a power trip because they have acquired power to put in schedules for clients. Very done with this place!!

He always talked like he was talking to me as a person and not just a patient! His staff was amazing and nice! I had my daughter back in July 2016, and it was a great experience through out my pregnancy and giving birth Id recommend him to everyone I know!
