Very inconsiderate staff. We faxed in all paperwork (well over 10 pages) needed prior to our appointment. However, the incompetent office staff seemed to have NOT received our information so dropped our appointment without notifying us. We had already asked off from our jobs since we live over 70 miles from the office. Thankfully, my wife called the day before to confirm our appointments (again, we had not heard from the office) and found out THEY HAD DROPPED OUR appointment that had been made over a MONTH in advance. Again, they DROPPED OUR APPOINTMENT without any contact being made with me or with my wife. Our jobs are very time consuming and to get off for the afternoon required my wife rescheduling her whole work/meetings and was a huge ordeal that affected entire other groups of people besides us. The staff had already filled the appointment that we had standing for a month, and could not offer us any help. When you are going through infertility testing/treatments, you know how heart breaking it is to even have to seek further assistance. So, to have been treated with complete disrespect and inconsideration proved that Janelle Dorsetts office staff made this journey that much more stressful and heart breaking for us. If you enjoy stress, and heartbreak, you should seek treatment at her office. If you like rearranging your life and then having them cancel your appointment (even though i have the fax confirmation page saying my fax of the paperwork went through) then, definitely go to this office. If you, like us, think that infertility treatment is sensitive and time consuming without adding any stress to it, then I highly suggest you seek treatment through another clinic. Again, this is not a poor review on Dr. Dorsett herself; as we will NOT be rescheduling our visit, we will never know how her treatments go. This is however a very negative and personal experience with her office staff. We complied with the paperwork, they just lost it, or didnt care to check into it. We were given the option to reschedule but we didnt because if they treat our paperwork this carelessly, what ELSE would they treat so carelessly? IF treatment is too expensive to waste in the wrong place.

Wonderful staff, wonderful doctor. They help all throughout the fertility process, even providing after hours help. They have a high rate of success as well. Dr. Dorsett was able to help me when other doctors could not and I was able to have a baby girl.

Loved the staff, Dr. Dorsett is the greatest, I was trying to have a baby for over a year and after seeing her I am now 4wks pregnant. I love that you see her more than you do the nurses like in other offices. :)
