The ladies at the front desk are nice. The "nurses" arent. And Dr Yang sure doesnt have any time for you. I was not impressed at all with this place. The first thing I noticed were the vast amount of file cabinets behind the front desk. Its 2016, all records should be online by now.. To me that shows lack of organization. So my first visit, the "nurse" pushed so hard on my baby bump with the heart Doppler it legitimately hurt, she looked young and was rude and disinterested. Point 1 subtracted from them. And then I saw Dr Yang for maybe a whole 5 minutes. Just to say everything looked good. He never asked if I had any questions or concerns and never gave me the time to ask, EACH TIME IVE SEEN HIM. He is too rushed and has more important things to do I guess. He also did not smile and did not seem to care about me or his job, his time is obviously focused elsewhere than the well-being of his patients. Point 2 subtracted from them. This is my first pregnancy and I have a ton of questions. Prior to coming to "Premier" (what a joke) I was seeing a doctor in a different city and she was wonderful, I spent significantly more time with her, than the nurse, which is not the case at "Premier". They just dont care about you. My 20 week ultrasound, which from what I understand is very important and should take 45 minutes + only took about 15 minutes. I dont believe the sonographer even looked at everything he was supposed to. All in all, if you have the choice by ALL MEANS go somewhere else, they arent happy about you or your pregnancy at this place. Its awful. And if you dont have the choice, Im sorry for you, hopefully youll get better care than I did. Take your business and your sweet baby somewhere else, this place doesnt deserve to be in the business of prenatal and infant care. Id give them 0 stars if I could. Highly unprofessional.

There really should be a negative amount of stars rating available for this place. Dr. Yang would tell me horror stories in order to scare me into watching my weight gain. Not to mention having to schedule ultrasounds with a completely separate office. What is THAT ABOUT?? His office is clean and I never had to wait long until "winter" came. And maybe they had new staff members, but either way, you dont keep pregnant women waiting. I could turn a blind eye to those things, but the delivery hospital location was the straw that broke the camels back. When I tell you there were bodily fluids in the elevator to the delivery ward, I am not exaggerating. It was incredibly disgusting and the neighborhood wasnt too promising either. Luckily I was able to be seen at Advanced Obgyn Associates so close to my delivery date. I cried when I realized I didnt need to worry about horror stories or dirty delivery rooms. Seriously that hosp I genuinely hope no mother/woman uses this doctor unless they dont have any other choice.

I want to go to defenitly change obgyns bc the nurses seem rude and very carless and uninterested. The time to wait takes up to 2 hours and I can see how because it would be a good thing if she was actually talking to her patients but instead shes just talking really slow and I can barley understand her half the time. Id rather be surrounded by people that cared about there job and didnt look pissed 24/7. Maybe people that dont scare you by not being able to hear the heart beat without an actual sonogram and rush you to the sonogram room WITH YOUR PANTS DOWN. These people are really unprofessional and I do not feel comfortable there.

Doctor misdiagnosed me and caused me to end up I the ER with a fallopian tube that was about to rupture! I was bleeding during none of my visits there and they performed a sonogram, the doc then assured me i had miscarried and sent me home with no treatment. After that, I got a phone call from the doctor who said that I was still pregnant and the doctor who did my sonogram wasnt an ob so not to pay any mind to him! He assured me I didnt have an ectopic pregnancy but I ended up in the hospital later that night to find out that it was! Worst experience ever.

I have seen Dr. O for many, many years, when she was first in Mesquite and have continued into Sunnyvale with her now. I have never experienced any problems or rudeness from staff since going there yearly. In fact, I find the experience to be a pleasant one with short waiting time, friendly staff, and the doctor herself is wonderful. I cant recommend seeing Dr. O strongly enough in my opinion!

Never, ever go here. These people are terrible and rude. They actually screamed at my fiancé on the phone. Full force screaming! And they tried to strong arm her into going to an appointment with a man even though she specifically made an appointment with a woman. So unprofessional and disrespectful. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

All of the staff are disrespectful, unfriendly and so unprofessional. Dr. O is a great physician, the staff does not represent who she is. The whole office needs to be replaced. I have called several times for results, no one returns calls. I have been put on hold several times and no one come back to the line.

Wow... I was reading all of these reviews and I just had to speak up... I have been going to Dr. Ogunlari for over 13 yrs. when her name was Adeyemi... Her and her staff have always been very nice and professional... She has taking great care of me through my difficult pregnancies...

Terrible! Very unprofessional and rude on the phone if you ever do get a hold of the medical assistant!
